The organization is designed to combine local relevance with scale, shift data and technology from experimentation to competitive advantage, and operate through flywheel execution with clear accountability for impact and ROI. <\/p>\n<h3>Focus, Scope &#038; Impact <\/h3>\n<p>World\u2011class, rounded strategy crafting (incl. creative, E2E, growth, innovation, flywheel integration). True E2E ownership \/ decision maker of the full brand bundle. OU category directors focus on LRP and OU\u2011wide projects while within markets the focus is ABP creation \/ operationalization. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Accelerate CCTM performance in EMEOU through leadership on frontier marketing, innovation, and enabling integrated flywheel execution. <\/li>\n<li>Lead LRP and OU\u2011wide programs in partnership with Global CCTM team, the EMEOU CCTM network, and other OU functions: define category\/brand growth\/innovation strategies; own E2E\/creative strategies and brand bundles; lead w\/ IMX OU\u2011wide consumer\/shopper strategies\/deployments. <\/li>\n<li>Drive marketing performance and ROI leveraging data, tech, AI and capabilities; hold OU category P&#038;L accountability. <\/li>\n<li>Enable and activate the OU CCTM network to ensure coordination, collaboration, excellence and balance scale with intimacy. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Experience &#038; Critical Requirements <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Significant marketing and leadership experience (10+ years), including insight &#038; analytics, brand\/portfolio strategies, innovation, complex marketing programs management and P&#038;L ownership. <\/li>\n<li>Worked in\/with all relevant marketing disciplines: innovation, creative strategy, connections, design, category\/brand positioning &#038; growth strategy. <\/li>\n<li>Led scaled, complex, cross\u2011functional and cross\u2011geographical teams and projects. <\/li>\n<li>Led projects that leverage Digital\/Data as edges. <\/li>\n<li>Worked in the frontline (e.g., Frontline Marketing). <\/li>\n<li>Led and developed teams directly. <\/li>\n<li>Advanced business, commercial acumen (RGM experience is nice to have). <\/li>\n<li>Behaviors: Growth Mindset \u2013 curious, ambitious, hard\u2011working, enterprise mindset;
