The role provides centralized delivery leadership across business, functional, operational, and technology dimensions, ensuring disciplined planning, execution, governance, and control. The incumbent is responsible for delivering complex corporate and digital banking solutions in line with approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards, while meeting internal and external stakeholder expectations. The Program Director leads the planning, estimation, execution, and delivery of GTB and Transformation Office programs and projects, including demand management, budgeting, resourcing, risk management, and delivery governance. The role ensures projects are executed on time, within budget, and to defined quality standards, with oversight of testing strategy and execution, quality and compliance controls, and post\u2011implementation production stability. The incumbent works closely with business and technology leaders to align change initiatives with the Bank\u2019s strategic objectives and to ensure stakeholder expectations are met. As a member of the Mashreq Bank\u2011wide Transformation Office, the role actively contributes to the continuous improvement of the Bank\u2019s transformation, delivery, and project management capabilities. <\/p>\n<h3>Key Result Areas <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the program transformation office delivery Master Plan incorporating all initiatives defined as pillars of the CIBG\/IBG portfolio and develop concrete Project Plans. <\/li>\n<li>Define milestones, activities, resources, responsibilities, timelines, dependencies, critical paths and contingency actions. <\/li>\n<li>Agree the master plan with stakeholders and present recommendations to the Steering Committee. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate plan execution, including design, development, testing, roll\u2011out and stabilization. <\/li>\n<li>Complement the Transformation Program with ecosystem building blocks. <\/li>\n<li>Manage collaboration of the business case and secure necessary funding through finance teams. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate, timely reporting to stakeholders. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate vendor activities and outputs. <\/li>\n<li>Design project plans engaging customers following the defined customer journey initiative. <\/li>\n<li>Execute front\u2011to\u2011back transformation initiatives, coordinating front, middle and back\u2011office participation. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure consistency and avoid duplication across digital initiatives within the global scope of participating countries. <\/li>\n<li>Own governance instances, including steering committees and working groups, and manage session organization, documentation, minutes, action items, and progress reporting. <\/li>\n<li>Work with vendors to ensure technical compliance and provide agile implementation leadership. <\/li>\n<li>Engage in functional and technical solution design, build\/integration, testing, deployment, and maintenance of end\u2011to\u2011end solutions. <\/li>\n<li>Partner with business to understand requirements, align to strategy, and shape solutions. <\/li>\n<li>Keep up\u2011to\u2011date with new technology, standards, protocols and tools relevant to the digital environment. <\/li>\n<li>Provide technology leadership across mobile\/web frameworks, portals, web content management and collaboration platforms. <\/li>\n<li>Manage programs and stakeholders across various business and operations functional areas. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Operating Environment, Framework and Boundaries <\/h3>\n<p>Interact with stakeholders from business, enabling units, third\u2011party representatives and senior management. Adhere to project management, information controls and security frameworks\/procedures, including change and incident management processes. Provide administrative support to the team, including meetings, knowledge transfer and activity reporting. Ensure management is informed of risks, issues, project\/activity status, and team accomplishments.
