{"id":96347,"date":"2026-04-14T18:57:42","date_gmt":"2026-04-14T14:57:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/job\/mena-engagement-manager\/"},"modified":"2026-04-14T18:57:44","modified_gmt":"2026-04-14T14:57:44","slug":"mena-engagement-manager","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/ar\/job\/mena-engagement-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"MENA Engagement Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_3463276<\/p>\n<p><h3><b>About the Role <\/b> <\/h3>\n<p>We are hiring an Engagement Manager to lead technical customer engagement, demonstrations, and partner integrations across the MENA region. <\/p>\n<p>This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Field Operations, and is critical to converting strategic opportunities into deployed systems and long-term partnerships. <\/p>\n<h3><b>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and execute technical demonstrations aligned with active tenders and customer requirements <\/li>\n<li>Act as the primary technical interface for customers, partners, and OEMs <\/li>\n<li>Translate operational needs into end\u2011to\u2011end system solutions (mission profiles, architectures, workflows) <\/li>\n<li>Drive OEM integrations with primes, manufacturers, and strategic partners <\/li>\n<li>Support Sales in high\u2011impact deals and tender processes <\/li>\n<li>Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues and deployments <\/li>\n<li>Drive the development and structuring of Solution Partner and OEM programs (frameworks, tiers, support models) <\/li>\n<li>Continuously improve and standardize demonstration workflows, tools, and demo kits to ensure repeatability and quality <\/li>\n<li>Maintain competitive benchmarking and deliver structured market insights <\/li>\n<li>Capture and relay field feedback and customer insights to Product and Engineering to influence roadmap decisions <\/li>\n<li>Ensure readiness and execution of field deployments, logistics, and system delivery  <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Logistics <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Candidate Requirements <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience as Sales Engineer, Program Manager, Customer Success Manager, or similar in UAV, robotics, defense, or complex systems <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record in technical pre\u2011sales, system deployments, or OEM integrations <\/li>\n<li>Strong ability to operate across integrated hardware and software systems <\/li>\n<li>Complex Project Management: Avid learner with a demonstrated capacity to handle large-scale, complex projects \u2013 offering innovative solutions and leading teams to deliver outstanding results. <\/li>\n<li>Adaptability &#038;
