The Role: <\/b> <\/h3>\n

As a Machine Learning Engineer at AI71, you\u2019ll be responsible for developing, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models and systems that power our AI solutions. You will collaborate with cross\u2011functional teams to translate business challenges into impactful AI products. <\/p>\n

What You\u2019ll Do: <\/b> <\/h3>\n

  • Model Development: Develop, train, and deploy predictive models that enhance the capabilities of our AI solutions. <\/li>\n
  • AI Technologies: Work with state\u2011of\u2011the\u2011art AI techniques, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval\u2011Augmented Generation (RAG), and apply them to real\u2011world business contexts. <\/li>\n
  • Cross\u2011Functional Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives and translate them into actionable machine learning tasks. <\/li>\n
  • Model Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve models based on real\u2011world performance and evolving business needs. <\/li>\n
  • Data Pipeline Maintenance: Implement and manage robust data preprocessing pipelines to ensure high\u2011quality, reliable input data for model development. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What You\u2019ll Bring: <\/b> <\/h3>\n

    • Master\u2019s or Ph.D. in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. <\/li>\n
    • 5+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Reinforcement Learning (RL), Data Science, or a related field. <\/li>\n
    • Proven experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and parameter\u2011efficient fine\u2011tuning methods (LoRA, QLoRA, etc.) techniques. <\/li>\n
    • Strong proficiency in programming languages like Python. Preference for candidates with a competitive coding background (e.g., ACM\/ICPC, NOI\/IOI, Top Coder, Kaggle). <\/li>\n
    • Experience in building and deploying LLM\u2011powered applications using FastAPI\/ Flask and Streamlit for front\u2011end interfaces, solid understanding of REST principles, HTTP Methods, websockets and API lifecycle management; <\/li>\n
    • Expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit\u2011learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and libraries like Langchain, Langgraph, LlamaIndex. <\/li>\n
    • Experience with SQL, NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis) and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector) for structured data storage and semantic search. <\/li>\n
    • Demonstrated success in applying data science and machine learning to solve real\u2011world, business\u2011critical problems. <\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across interdisciplinary teams. <\/li>\n
    • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision\u2011making skills, with a passion for building diverse, inclusive engineering teams. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
