Your primary goal will be to reduce our reliance on manual annotation by leveraging techniques such as Active Learning, Weak Supervision, and Synthetic Data Generation. You will bridge the gap between raw data collection and model\u2011ready datasets, ensuring high\u2011quality labels at scale. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Architect Labelling Pipelines: Design and deploy end\u2011to\u2011end automated labelling systems using frameworks such as Snorkel, Cleanlab, or custom active learning loops. <\/li>\n<li>Develop Human\u2011in\u2011the\u2011Loop (HITL) Systems: Build interfaces and workflows where models pre\u2011label data and humans only intervene on high\u2011uncertainty samples. <\/li>\n<li>Quality Assurance &#038; Denoising: Implement algorithmic checks to identify and correct mislabelled or noisy data within existing datasets. <\/li>\n<li>Tooling &#038; Integration: Collaborate with software engineers to integrate labelling tools with our existing data lakes and ML training infrastructure. <\/li>\n<li>Model Optimization: Fine\u2011tune teacher models to generate high\u2011quality pseudo\u2011labels for student models. <\/li>\n<li>Set up and maintain robust data preparation infrastructure \u2013 optimizing for data quality, speed, and seamless integration with downstream MLOps pipelines. <\/li>\n<li>Perform data visualization and in\u2011depth analysis using advanced data and feature engineering techniques. You\u2019ll help transform raw data into actionable insight, supporting both research and deployment. <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Product teams to ensure high data quality and usability across products and projects. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 8+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning engineering, specifically focused on data\u2011centric AI or computer vision\/NLP pipelines. <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Python and mastery of the ML stack (PyTorch or TensorFlow, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit\u2011learn). <\/li>\n<li>Experience with Weak Supervision (labelling functions) or Active Learning strategies (uncertainty sampling, diversity sampling). <\/li>\n<li>Data engineering experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, managing large\u2011scale unstructured data (images, text, or audio). <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with cloud labelling services such as AWS SageMaker Ground Truth, GCP Vertex AI, or Azure ML. <\/li>\n<li>Experience with data version control tools such as DVC or similar. <\/li>\n<li>Hands\u2011on expertise building auto\u2011labelling solutions or working with large\u2011scale data annotation workflows. <\/li>\n<li>Advanced skills in Python (and\/or other relevant languages) and experience with key ML\/data science libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit\u2011learn, pandas). <\/li>\n<li>Experience designing, deploying, and maintaining scalable data pipelines, including data cleansing, transformation, and storage (cloud, on\u2011prem, or hybrid). <\/li>\n<li>Strong background in feature engineering, data analysis, and data visualization \u2013 comfortable using tools like Jupyter, Tableau, or Power BI. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communicator who documents solutions clearly and collaborates effortlessly across technical and non\u2011technical teams. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to balance speed and quality, stay curious about new developments, and deliver results in a fast\u2011moving environment. <\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dyson is an equal opportunity employer.
