You will be responsible for conducting financial, operational, and marketing due diligence on e\u2011commerce stores (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) after a Letter of Intent (LOI) is signed. You will learn to verify seller data, reconstruct P&#038;L statements, identify risks, and ensure a smooth handover to closing. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Reconstruct monthly P&#038;L statements using seller data, Shopify reports, and ad account spend. <\/li>\n<li>Normalize EBITDA by adding back one\u2011time costs and adjusting for VAT, owner salaries, etc. <\/li>\n<li>Identify discrepancies between seller\u2011provided financials and actual platform data. <\/li>\n<li>Review fulfilment models (dropship, 3PL, self\u2011fulfilment) and validate shipping times. <\/li>\n<li>Assess supplier relationships, inventory levels, and stock reports. <\/li>\n<li>Verify that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are documented and transferable. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Check ad account health (Meta feedback score, Google Ads history, bans). <\/p>\n<p>Confirm transferability of all marketing assets (pixels, Business Manager, ad accounts, creatives). <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review customer reviews (Trustpilot, Judge.me) and flag reputation risks. <\/li>\n<li>Identify any ongoing litigation, IP infringements, or trademark issues. <\/li>\n<li>Flag products that violate our non\u2011negotiable criteria (adult, edible, supplements without clean history). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Coordination &#038; Reporting <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Send DD request emails and data room links to sellers. <\/li>\n<li>Chase sellers for missing or incorrect documents. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare a final DD findings report for the Head of Investments, summarizing risks, adjustments, and a go\/no\u2011go recommendation. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What We Are Looking For <\/h3>\n<p>Must\u2011haves: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in finance (e.g., accounting, auditing, financial analysis, investment banking, or corporate finance). <\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset \u2013 comfortable with spreadsheets, financial statements, and data verification. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (for emailing sellers and writing reports). <\/li>\n<li>Ability to work full\u2011time in our Dubai Production City office and meet tight deadlines (DD typically completed in 7\u201110 days per deal). <\/li>\n<li>Curiosity about e\u2011commerce operations and business models. <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or e\u2011commerce platforms. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What We Offer <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Hands\u2011on experience in private equity due diligence \u2013 you will work on live acquisitions, not theoretical exercises. <\/li>\n<li>Training in our proprietary AI DD tools, financial reconstruction methods, and risk assessment frameworks. <\/li>\n<li>Performance bonus for each due diligence file you complete that leads to a successful acquisition. <\/li>\n<li>Path to full\u2011time employment \u2013 top performers will be offered a paid Junior DD Associate role after 3 months (base salary + per\u2011deal bonus). <\/li>\n<li>Direct mentorship from the Head of Investments and exposure to the full acquisition lifecycle. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0637\u0631\u064a\u0642\u0629 \u0627\u0644\u062a\u0642\u062f\u064a\u0645 <\/h3>\n<p>If you&#8217;re highly organized, emotionally intelligent, and thrive in a fast\u2011paced environment, we\u2019d love to meet you.
