Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering\u00a01,530\u00a0rooms and suites,\u00a022 restaurants and lounges, a theater, nightclub, and five\u2011star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf. <\/p>\n<h3>About the Position: <\/h3>\n<p>Wynn\u00a0Al\u00a0Marjan\u00a0Island is currently seeking a Director \u2013 Fine Dining to join the resort\u2019s Food and Beverage Administration team. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and execute the strategic vision for fine dining operations, ensuring alignment with Wynn\u00a0Al\u00a0Marjan\u00a0Island\u2019s brand and business objectives. <\/li>\n<li>Lead cross\u2011functional collaboration with culinary, bar, marketing, and guest experience teams to deliver integrated and memorable dining experiences. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure delivery of outstanding food and service to every guest across the portfolio. <\/li>\n<li>Lead, coach, and develop department heads and team members to build a performance\u2011driven culture. <\/li>\n<li>Lead and support restaurant managers and senior service staff. <\/li>\n<li>Delegate tasks fairly and promote teamwork. <\/li>\n<li>Stay informed about market trends and adjust menus, pricing, and staffing as needed. <\/li>\n<li>Suggest new ideas to improve the restaurant\u2019s image and offerings. <\/li>\n<li>Work professionally with other departments, managers, and contractors. <\/li>\n<li>Attend meetings and share relevant updates. <\/li>\n<li>Build strong relationships and encourage team spirit. <\/li>\n<li>Champion innovation in service delivery, guest personalization, and operational efficiency. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with culinary and bar leaders on menu development, promotions, and guest personalization. <\/li>\n<li>Analyze guest feedback, operational KPIs, and financial metrics to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>About You: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Prior experience in fast\u2011paced yet refined, high\u2011end \/ luxury restaurant is required. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in Michelin\u2011Star, Gault\u2011Millau and \/ or 50\u2011Best Restaurant environments is preferred. <\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of Forbes\u00a05\u2011Star standards and luxury service delivery is required. <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to lead teams in high\u2011volume, high\u2011expectation environments. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. <\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and time management skills. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0632\u0627\u064a\u0627: <\/h3>\n<p>We offer an attractive salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
