We are currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Executive \u2013 Authorities <\/b> to join our team in Dubai. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with key government and regulatory entities while contributing to the successful delivery of projects. <\/p>\n

Job Purpose Overview: <\/h3>\n

To support urban planning in overseeing daily operations and ensure that team objectives align with the company\u2019s goals. This role also involve coordination with the authorities with minor technical support to urban planning team. <\/p>\n

  • Assist in uploading the submission of MP modifications to DM and DDA portals. <\/li>\n
  • Assist in following up with Trakhees, DM & DDA on master plan modifications requests and site plans issuance. <\/li>\n
  • Maintain tracking sheet for all VAS applications submitted to DM & DDA including modifications and site plan applications, reporting status in daily VAS catch up meetings. <\/li>\n
  • Validate and review record, confirm ownership (internal & DLD) prior to Site plan submission and following receipt of the site plans. <\/li>\n
  • Up to date reporting of Trakhees Site Plans and preparation of approval forms for invoice payments. <\/li>\n
  • Help the team with Docusign submissions. <\/li>\n
  • Assist in preparation of Approvals forms and memos for cases requiring management approval on payments to authorities. <\/li>\n
  • Assist the team in preparation of MPM submissions to the authorities which include CAD drawings & excel sheets <\/li>\n
  • Assist in reviewing drawings, measuring areas, dimensions or extracting coordinates. <\/li>\n
  • Assist in preparation of PLC (Plot Location Certificates) or PDGs <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Key Requirements: <\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Architecture \u2022 <\/li>\n
    • Advanced Skills in AutoCAD & Microsoft office <\/li>\n
    • 2 years of relevant experience in related field <\/li>\n
    • Reliability, accuracy and confidentiality of documentation <\/li>\n
    • Adherence to company policy and procedure for documentation, processing in releasing data. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
