The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Finacle Core Banking along with hands-on customization, functional understanding, and stakeholder management capabilities. This role requires ownership of end-to-end delivery, from requirement gathering to implementation, ensuring high-quality solutions aligned with business needs. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead end-to-end solutioning including requirement analysis, functional design, and implementation <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with business stakeholders to conduct requirement workshops and ensure alignment <\/li>\n<li>Configure and customize Finacle modules based on business requirements <\/li>\n<li>Manage delivery timelines, milestones, and coordination across teams <\/li>\n<li>Perform Finacle scripting and PL\/SQL development for customization and enhancements <\/li>\n<li>Handle:\n<ul>\n<li>Menu customization <\/li>\n<li>API integrations and configurations <\/li>\n<li>Batch job setup, scheduling, and monitoring <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities <\/li>\n<li>Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and participate in sprint ceremonies <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Technical Skills <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong hands-on experience in Finacle Core Banking <\/li>\n<li>Expertise in:\n<ul>\n<li>Finacle Scripting <\/li>\n<li>PL\/SQL <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Experience with:\n<ul>\n<li>API integrations <\/li>\n<li>Batch processing <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of DevOps practices (preferred) <\/li>\n<li>Exposure to Node.js is a plus <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Functional Expertise <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong domain knowledge in:\n<ul>\n<li>CASA <\/li>\n<li>Term Deposits (TD) <\/li>\n<li>Loans <\/li>\n<li>Limits <\/li>\n<li>Collaterals <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Experience with E-Limits and E-Collaterals modules <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Soft Skills <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills <\/li>\n<li>Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions <\/li>\n<li>High ownership and accountability in delivery <\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving and analytical mindset <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preferred Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working with large banking clients or digital banking transformations <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with corporate-assisted banking and digital product delivery
