You will work closely with Government, financial institutions, fintech companies, and large enterprises to identify opportunities, establish partnerships, and close high\u2011value deals. The ideal candidate has a strong background in LLMs, AML, fraud prevention, and experience in fast\u2011growing B2B SaaS\/tech companies. <\/p>\n<h3>What you\u2019ll do <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and business development strategy to expand MOZN\u2019s market presence for FOCAL and OSOS. <\/li>\n<li>Identify and engage with key decision\u2011makers in government, banks, fintech firms, regulators, and large enterprises to drive adoption of LLMs\/AML and fraud prevention solutions. <\/li>\n<li>Manage the end\u2011to\u2011end sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closing. <\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain long\u2011term relationships with strategic clients, partners, and stakeholders. <\/li>\n<li>Stay updated on regulatory changes, industry trends, and competitive landscape to position MOZN as a market leader. <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with business objectives. <\/li>\n<li>Represent MOZN at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote brand awareness and thought leadership. <\/li>\n<li>Utilize CRM tools and data\u2011driven insights to track performance and optimize sales efforts. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years GCC enterprise B2B sales experience, preferably within Financial Crime, AML, Risk, Compliance, or RegTech. <\/li>\n<li>Proven delivery of multi\u2011million USD annual quotas, with a clear record of overachievement. <\/li>\n<li>Experience closing complex, multi\u2011stakeholder deals ($1M+), including RFP\u2011driven enterprise sales. <\/li>\n<li>Deep solution\u2011selling capability \u2014 able to position business value, and ROI (not product\u2011led selling). <\/li>\n<li>Strong regional network across tier\u20111 banks, fintechs, regulators, or government entities \u2014 recognized and credible in\u2011market. <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to open doors independently and build pipeline without relying on brand strength. <\/li>\n<li>Experience building or scaling a market\/territory from limited presence. <\/li>\n<li>Enterprise sales discipline: structured forecasting, 3\u20134x pipeline coverage mindset, CRM hygiene, executive engagement. <\/li>\n<li>Background from recognised regional or global enterprise technology firms. <\/li>\n<li>Senior presence, commercially mature, able to represent the company at C\u2011level without supervision. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Benefits <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>You will be at the forefront of an exciting time for the Middle East, joining a high\u2011growth rocket\u2011ship in an exciting space. <\/li>\n<li>You will be given a lot of responsibility and trust.
