The role is responsible for building a high\u2011quality network of brokers, wealth intermediaries and strategic partners capable of distributing offshore insurance solutions to international clients. <\/p>\n<p>The CDO will establish the firm\u2019s broker partnerships, design scalable commercial frameworks, and build the infrastructure required to support long\u2011term distribution growth. <\/p>\n<p>With significant executive visibility and autonomy, the role offers the opportunity to shape market positioning, build strategic partnerships and develop a sustainable revenue engine for the company. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<h3>Distribution Strategy &#038; Broker Network Expansion <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute the company\u2019s global broker and intermediary distribution strategy. <\/li>\n<li>Identify, onboard and activate third\u2011party brokers, wealth advisors, family\u2011office intermediaries and referral partners. <\/li>\n<li>Expand HODLife\u2019s presence across both traditional financial intermediaries and emerging digital\u2011asset wealth channels. <\/li>\n<li>Build a scalable broker ecosystem with clear onboarding, activation and performance frameworks. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Commercial Partnerships <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Structure commercial arrangements with distribution partners, including referral agreements, commission frameworks and revenue\u2011sharing models. <\/li>\n<li>Develop long\u2011term strategic partnerships with broker networks, wealth platforms and offshore advisory firms. <\/li>\n<li>Establish performance metrics and incentive structures to drive partner productivity and growth. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Licensing &#038; Regulatory Coordination <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee broker onboarding processes in alignment with applicable regulatory and licensing requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure distribution frameworks meet jurisdictional regulatory standards. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain appropriate oversight of intermediary conduct and compliance obligations. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Product Positioning &#038; Market Development <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with product and executive leadership to position HODLife\u2019s insurance solutions effectively within the global wealth market. <\/li>\n<li>Build market credibility for the company\u2019s insurance platform among brokers, wealth advisors and institutional intermediaries. <\/li>\n<li>Support the development of additional revenue channels linked to offshore wealth planning and digital\u2011asset protection. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Experience &#038;
