This highly transversal role offers exposure to all key functions of the insurance value chain\u2014including Underwriting, Reinsurance, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Sales, Claims, Finance, and IT. Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the EVP in the end\u2011to\u2011end rollout of new partnerships, including: <\/li>\n<li>Business case development with P&#038;L analysis <\/li>\n<li>Partner onboarding <\/li>\n<li>Process design and optimization, including AI enabled enhancements where relevant <\/li>\n<li>Commercial review and pricing analysis <\/li>\n<li>Contract review in coordination with Legal, Compliance, and Reinsurance <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Manage and enhance existing partnerships by: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitoring performance through financial and operational analysis <\/li>\n<li>Mapping and improving end\u2011to\u2011end processes <\/li>\n<li>Identifying optimization opportunities using both traditional and AI supported methods  <\/li>\n<li>Supporting new commercial initiatives and negotiations <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Executive Support &#038; Reporting <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare agendas, reports, and executive\u2011ready presentations for: <\/li>\n<li>Board of Directors <\/li>\n<li>Chairman updates <\/li>\n<li>Rating agencies (e.g., Moody\u2019s, S&#038;P) <\/li>\n<li>Synthesize complex data into clear, concise insights using advanced Excel and PowerPoint. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications &#038;
