Treasury Management responsibilities and processes and ensure regular Liquidity Management, accurate reporting externally, internally and regulators ensuring adherence to relevant regulatory and policy requirements. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Primary responsibility for daily and regular Liquidity Management and appropriate deployment <\/li>\n<li>Optimization of returns from liquidity deployment <\/li>\n<li>Primary responsibility for the regulatory reporting framework <\/li>\n<li>Ensuring timely and accurate financial and management reporting <\/li>\n<li>Regular communication to ALCO and other key stakeholders on treasury and performance matters <\/li>\n<li>Regular liaison with regulators (UAECB, SCA, VARA, etc.) with respect to reporting and other relevant matters <\/li>\n<li>Responsibility to ensure adherence to all requirements of the Financial Controls policy <\/li>\n<li>Setting up accounting schema for all business activity, new products, product variants and offerings. <\/li>\n<li>Responsibility for all FP&#038;A activities including budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, performance analytics, cost management, etc. <\/li>\n<li>Responsibility to address all tax matters, related processes and reporting (VAT, Corporate Tax) <\/li>\n<li>Liaison with External auditors for all matters relating to financial audit and with UAECB, BAC, Board and General Assembly for all matters relating to Financial Statements and their approvals. <\/li>\n<li>Responsibility for all technical accounting matters and internal guidance after alignment with auditors as required. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Key Qualifications &#038;
