The role covers the client\u2019s leasehold and freehold portfolio spanning 9 markets: Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, T\u00fcrkiye, and UAE. <\/p>\n<p>This is a dual\u2011mandate role. You will serve as the <b>single point of contact <\/b> for the client\u2019s regional senior stakeholders within the client corporate real estate function, and you will simultaneously lead a team of 5 Portfolio Managers (based in Dubai and Cairo) delivering end\u2011to\u2011end portfolio management services. You are accountable for all CBRE activities and outcomes in the region \u2014 from transaction execution to governance, compliance, and strategic alignment. <\/p>\n<p>This is a <b>Player\/Mentor <\/b> role \u2014 you will be hands\u2011on in driving complex transactions while coaching and developing your team to deliver at the highest standard. The ideal candidate combines deep transactional expertise with the leadership maturity to elevate those around them. <\/p>\n<p>You will report directly to the Regional Account Lead for ASP &#038; MENAT (Hong Kong) and indirectly to the Global Account Lead (London). <\/p>\n<h3>What You\u2019ll Do: <\/h3>\n<h3>Account Leadership &#038; Client Partnership <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the primary regional relationship owner with the client\u2019s senior stakeholders, serving as a second-level escalation point after Portfolio Managers. <\/li>\n<li>Understand the client\u2019s business drivers and translate them into real estate strategies and solutions. <\/li>\n<li>Lead annual account reviews and present performance insights, strategic recommendations to the client. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure full compliance with the Global MSA and all contractual reporting requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Own regional governance, performance tracking, stakeholder engagement, and strategic alignment with the global account team. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Portfolio Strategy &#038; Transaction Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement portfolio strategies aligned with the client\u2019s goals, including portfolio optimisation, cost reduction, and risk mitigation. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare, recommend, and execute portfolio-wide transaction strategies \u2014 acquisitions, disposals, lease renewals, and lease amendments. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure disciplined transaction lifecycle management: project initiation, scope definition, prioritisation, and adherence to client\u2011driven milestones. <\/li>\n<li>Manage critical dates and ensure all lease obligations are met across the MENAT portfolio. <\/li>\n<li>Where required, engage and oversee third\u2011party brokers in accordance with Global MSA terms and conditions. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Financial Management &#038; Reporting <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee account financials including budgeting, forecasting, and P&#038;L management for the MENAT region. <\/li>\n<li>Manage the OPEX budget related to the client\u2019s portfolio (rents, government rates, service charges, etc.). <\/li>\n<li>Review, analyse, and interpret financial templates to enable informed client decision\u2011making. <\/li>\n<li>Deliver regular reporting and data\u2011driven insights to support the client\u2019s strategic priorities. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Team Leadership &#038; Development <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of a team of 5 Portfolio Managers. <\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance and coaching to develop team capability and ensure consistent delivery standards. <\/li>\n<li>Design and implement training programmes and continuous improvement initiatives across the account team. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Operational Excellence &#038; Innovation <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive innovation and continuous improvement across all service lines in the region. <\/li>\n<li>Manage, review, and abstract contractual terms from property documentation;
