Establish a strong partnership with the Finance department &#038; the Business to align planning and reporting.<br \/>o <strong>HR Reporting &#038; Analytics <\/strong>: Oversee all HR reporting needs across the various Centres of Expertise &#038; Entities. Provide decision-making support to management via data &#038; HR analytics.<br \/>o <strong>HR Data &#038; Compliance Ownership <\/strong>: Act as the owner of core HR data, ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance across the organization.<br \/>o <strong>Community Animation: <\/strong> Lead and animate the HR community on HR Controlling and data-related topics, fostering best practice sharing and consistency.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Global Total Rewards &#038; Benefits: <\/strong> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>o <strong>Full Compensation Cycle Ownership: <\/strong> Drive and manage the full compensation cycle, including the annual budget process, bonus schemes, individual merit increases, retention plans and performance-related pay.<br \/>o <strong>Compensation Package Design: <\/strong> Prepare executive compensation packages and offers, utilizing both internal and external benchmarks to ensure market competitiveness and equity.<br \/>o <strong>Guidelines &#038; Salary Grids: <\/strong> Maintain, update, and communicate global Compensation and Salary Grid guidelines to the HR community, especially HR representatives in the Properties.<br \/>o <strong>Global Benefits Policy: <\/strong> Own and pilot the global Benefits policy for both the Corporate Office and all Properties.<br \/>o <strong>Reporting &#038; Compliance: <\/strong> Oversee rewards-related reporting and compliance, including contributions to ESGreporting.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills, Knowledge and Expertise<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of 6 to 8 years of progressive experience in HR, with a significant focus on HR Controlling, Compensation &#038; Benefits, or Total Rewards. <\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in a corporate or global HR management role is essential. <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated expertise in leading global, cross-functional projects and managing organizational change initiatives. <\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret Finance, HR metrics and data to drive data-informed decisions. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent proficiency in HRIS and related data management and reporting tools. <\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of international labor laws and HR compliance requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Bachelors or Master\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred). <\/li>\n<li>Play a leadership role in project management and change initiatives for HR processes over the coming years. <\/li>\n<li>Possess the ability to establish, apply, and deploy new processes and frameworks throughout the global organization, while maintaining an agile \u201cStart-up\u201d mentality. <\/li>\n<li>A solid, experienced profile with a strong &#038;
