Project Management"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_3469113<\/p>\n<p><h3>JOB PURPOSE <\/h3>\n<p>Manage overall delivery of individual property developments &#038; infrastructure projects, while ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, quality, HSE standards. <\/p>\n<h3>ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage project team and ensure project is completed as per the budget, schedule and quality standards and all contractual requirements are met <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate activities of contractors \/ PMC, monitor performance, hold periodic meetings and schedule periodic on\u2011site visits to verify status <\/li>\n<li>Review, expand and refine initial high\u2011level plan and budget developed by Project Control during feasibility phase and review against project schedule and budget <\/li>\n<li>Ensure project is progressing according to plan and generate progress reports with the support of Project Control <\/li>\n<li>Liaise with Procurement to ensure that all contracts required to complete the project are in place and provide input on project scoping effort <\/li>\n<li>Provide input into project design phase if and when required <\/li>\n<li>Identify budget and schedule deviations, issues and risks, assess impact and define action plans in coordination with Planning &#038; Control and seek Project Director approval <\/li>\n<li>Liaise with Design to assess and address design issues (i.e. change orders) <\/li>\n<li>Follow\u2011up with Government Relations\/PMC to obtain required permits and licenses <\/li>\n<li>Proactively discourage variations and mitigate cost and schedule impact and review <\/li>\n<li>Manage all constructability issues and liaise with relevant parties to address them <\/li>\n<li>Ensure onsite filing, control and maintenance of project design and execution documents <\/li>\n<li>Manage project contracts and ensure project compliance with terms and conditions <\/li>\n<li>Perform final handover to asset operator <\/li>\n<li>Ensure project abides by HSE policies and guidelines <\/li>\n<li>Suggest and implement modifications to project scope, deliverables, timelines and resources. <\/li>\n<li>Perform project close out and obtain stakeholders approvals <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE <\/h3>\n<p>RELATED YEAR OF EXPERIENCE: Min of 12+ experience in PM, with at least 5 years in senior project oversight position <\/p>\n<p>YOE IN MANAGERIAL POSITION: Min of 4+ years in a related managerial position <\/p>\n<h3>FIELD OF EXPERIENCE <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience of managing construction for developments with CAPEX >1billion AED. <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and exposure to the GCC real estate market <\/li>\n<li>Proven expertise in contractor management <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>HSE champion with a proven track record <\/li>\n<li>Excellent project management skills <\/li>\n<li>Full understanding of construction industry and all related technical components <\/li>\n<li>Identify risks by implementing Risk management plan in terms of quantifying risk, managing and monitor\/mitigate risks issues <\/li>\n<li>Ability in implementing and monitoring QA\/QC <\/li>\n<li>Capable of managing project timelines, costs, and prioritize project tasks <\/li>\n<li>Ability to implement project plans to execute project deliverables and monitor\/control the same <\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage small teams of at least 5 people <\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage more than one project at a time;
