Secondments vary in length and scope and may span different sectors and legal disciplines, while you remain fully supported by the RAYNE team throughout. Our model is built on trust, flexibility, and long\u2011term relationships with both our clients and our consultants. <\/p>\n<p>We are looking to add several <b>commercial lawyers <\/b> to our team over the coming months, across multiple levels of seniority and across the GCC. <\/p>\n<p>We are particularly interested in lawyers with strong experience in commercial contracts and corporate matters, including: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements (MSAs, framework agreements, services, SaaS, licensing, distribution, and supply) <\/li>\n<li>Advising on corporate and governance matters, restructurings, and day\u2011to\u2011day in\u2011house legal support <\/li>\n<li>Supporting transactions, projects, and strategic initiatives alongside business teams <\/li>\n<li>Managing legal risk, red\u2011flagging issues, and providing pragmatic, business\u2011focused solutions <\/li>\n<li>Operating confidently within fast\u2011paced, in\u2011house environments <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Successful candidates will: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Be admitted in a common law or other recognised international jurisdiction <\/li>\n<li>Typically have 5+ years\u2019 PQE (flexible depending on experience and role) <\/li>\n<li>Have experience gained in private practice and in\u2011house <\/li>\n<li>Be adaptable, pragmatic, and comfortable working autonomously as well as part of a team <\/li>\n<li>Have a consultant mindset and enjoy working closely with the business <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Why RAYNE?
