Delivery <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage multiple projects, ensuring progress monitoring, timely completion, and alignment with strategic objectives. <\/li>\n<li>Implement contractors\u2019 mitigation and execution plans, including procurement strategies, resource allocation, and schedule management. <\/li>\n<li>Facilitate change requests, assessing and communicating impacts on scope, schedule, and budget. <\/li>\n<li>Enforce structured project delivery processes and ensure quality, cost, and timeline adherence. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Resource &#038; Financial Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Initiate job requisitions and coordinate procurement of services and works across departments. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure efficient and compliant project and budget management, adhering to organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor actual project costs versus budgets and provide consolidated financial reports to Senior Management. <\/li>\n<li>Partner with sector leads and cross\u2011functional teams to ensure timely delivery of all technical aspects of projects. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Risk &#038; Compliance Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify, assess, and monitor project risks, developing mitigation plans and controls to safeguard project outcomes. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, industry standards, and approvals from relevant authorities. <\/li>\n<li>Provide input in the development of project documentation, user manuals, and training materials to ensure seamless implementation and client handover. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Stakeholder, Client &#038; Strategic Leadership <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as primary client relationship manager, collaborating with Executive Director and clients to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction. <\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong professional relationships with colleagues, development partners, and clients, navigating complex situations with professionalism, communication, and proactive problem\u2011solving. <\/li>\n<li>Define project objectives and success criteria, regularly reviewing progress for strategic alignment. <\/li>\n<li>Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and global best practices in project management and real estate development. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications, Experiences &#038; Skills <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Civil Engineering or a related specialization. <\/li>\n<li>Professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent). <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of industry\u2011specific delivery standards, technologies, statutory, regulatory, and quality compliance requirements relevant to project delivery. <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with UAE Building Codes, environmental regulations, and Dubai construction laws. <\/li>\n<li>Minimum 10\u201312 years of overall project management experience. <\/li>\n<li>At least 4\u20136 years in a project lead or manager role. <\/li>\n<li>Minimum 3 years of experience with a developer, contractor, or consultant. <\/li>\n<li>Proficient in MS Office Suite \u2013 PowerPoint; Power BI for dashboards and reports. <\/li>\n<li>Technical expertise in construction management, engineering principles, and architectural design. <\/li>\n<li>Experienced with project management software (e.g., Primavera or relevant tools). <\/li>\n<li>Strong stakeholder management and ability to liaise effectively with technical teams. <\/li>\n<li>Expertise in risk management, project planning, budgeting, and scope management. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills \u2013 verbal and written. <\/li>\n<li>Execution &#038;
