  • Lead the comprehensive strategy and execution of the Customer Experience ecosystem, ensuring disciplined project delivery, effective collaboration among specialized teams, and alignment with business objectives. <\/li>\n
  • Oversee both operations and business development, driving pipeline growth and ensuring that each initiative delivers tangible value to clients. <\/li>\n
  • Consolidate capabilities, talent, and processes to scale solutions in experience, data, content, technology, and governance, positioning the team as a key enabler of digital transformation. <\/li>\n
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience across all touchpoints. <\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. <\/li>\n
  • Drive business development efforts to expand the customer pipeline. <\/li>\n
  • Monitor and evaluate project outcomes to ensure alignment with client goals. <\/li>\n
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
