You will work directly with C-suite stakeholders to define strategic priorities, build transformation roadmaps, and drive execution across complex, multi-stakeholder environments. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead end-to-end strategy engagements from scoping through to board-level presentation <\/li>\n<li>Conduct deep market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and financial modelling <\/li>\n<li>Develop growth strategies, market entry plans, and operating model designs <\/li>\n<li>Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for senior leadership <\/li>\n<li>Mentor and guide junior team members on deliverables and client management <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>8+ years of experience in strategy consulting (MBB or Big 4 strategy practice preferred) <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of delivering strategic engagements in financial services <\/li>\n<li>Strong financial modelling and analytical skills <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities <\/li>\n<li>MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred <\/li>\n<li>Arabic language skills are a plus but not essential <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a fractional or interim engagement of 6-12 months, sourced through The Platform: the GCC&#8217;s marketplace for senior operators and fractional executives.
