strategy, data collection, placement, renewal, and documentation <\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement <b>insurance renewal strategies <\/b> to optimize coverage and premium costs <\/li>\n<li>Conduct <b>risk assessments <\/b> and determine appropriate indemnity limits in line with internal guidelines <\/li>\n<li>Review, draft, and negotiate <b>indemnity clauses and insurance provisions in contracts <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Provide expert advice throughout the <b>contract lifecycle <\/b>, from tendering to closure <\/li>\n<li>Manage the <b>claims process <\/b>, including notification, follow-up, and resolution <\/li>\n<li>Advise internal stakeholders on <b>insurance-related matters <\/b> across business functions <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with <b>brokers, insurers, loss adjusters, and surveyors <\/b> to ensure effective service delivery <\/li>\n<li>Support budgeting processes and oversee <b>premium payments <\/b> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Key Success Metrics <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Timely renewal and optimization of insurance policies <\/li>\n<li>Efficient and accurate management of insurance cycles <\/li>\n<li>High-quality advisory on contractual and insurance-related matters <\/b>, including at least 3 years with a broker, insurer, or large organization (preferably within MENA) <\/li>\n<li>Minimum <b>4+ years in a managerial or leadership role <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Strong experience across <b>general insurance lines <\/b>, particularly property and liability <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of <b>risk assessment and risk quantification <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Expertise in <b>insurance structuring and program management <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge of <b>contract law and indemnity clauses <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Excellent <b>negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in <b>Finance,
