Ensure financial objectives are met by implementing cost-control measures and optimizing resource allocation. <\/li>\n<li><b>Sales and Marketing: <\/b> <\/li>\n<li><b>Sales Leadership: <\/b> Drive the country&#8217;s sales performance by setting sales targets, strategies, and implementing best practices to achieve them. <\/li>\n<li><b>Marketing Strategy: <\/b> Collaborate with the global and in-country marketing teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and product adoption in the local market. <\/li>\n<li><b>Customer Relationship Management: <\/b> Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. <\/li>\n<li><b>Operations Management: <\/b> <\/li>\n<li><b>Operational Efficiency: <\/b> Ensure operational processes are optimized for efficiency and compliance with company standards and local regulations. <\/li>\n<li><b>Technology Infrastructure: <\/b> Ensure the local office&#8217;s technology infrastructure supports the company&#8217;s operations effectively and securely. <\/li>\n<li><b>Team Leadership and Development: <\/b> <\/li>\n<li><b>Team Management: <\/b> Lead and motivate the local team, ensuring high performance, employee satisfaction and professional development. <\/li>\n<li><b>Recruitment and Training: <\/b> Oversee the recruitment of new staff and provide training and development programs to enhance their skills and knowledge. <\/li>\n<li><b>Culture and Values: <\/b> Foster a positive work culture that reflects the company\u2019s values and promotes diversity and inclusion. <\/li>\n<li><b>Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management: <\/b> <\/li>\n<li><b>Legal Compliance: <\/b> Ensure all operations comply with local laws and regulations, including labour laws, tax requirements, and industry-specific regulations. <\/li>\n<li><b>Risk Management: <\/b> Identify and manage business risks, including market, financial, and operational risks and implement strategies to mitigate them. <\/li>\n<li><b>Stakeholder Engagement: <\/b> <\/li>\n<li><b>Stakeholder Communication: <\/b> Act as the primary liaison between the country operations and the company\u2019s global headquarters. Keep stakeholders informed about performance, challenges and strategic direction. <\/li>\n<li><b>Public Relations: <\/b> Lead engagements with the Ministry of Finance and any other government or quasi-government agency. <\/li>\n<li><b>Competitive Analysis: <\/b> Continuously monitor the competitive landscape, industry trends and market conditions to adapt strategies accordingly. <\/li>\n<li><b>Customer Insights: <\/b> Gather insights on customer needs and preferences to inform product development and customer service strategies <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven Executive Leadership Experience 7+ years in senior leadership, including P&#038;L ownership, preferably as a Country Manager, Managing Director, or General Manager. Track record of scaling a business, especially in fintech, regtech, digital taxation, or public-sector B2B SaaS in the UAE. <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of UAE Taxation &#038; Regulatory Landscape Expertise in with Tax policies and\/or VAT compliance regimes. Demonstrated ability to navigate public-private partnerships, government contracts or digital transformation initiatives with ministries or tax authorities. <\/li>\n<li>Digital Transformation &#038; Tech Fluency Strong understanding of digital platforms, APIs and SaaS business models.
