If you have experience, join us \u2013 this could be the start to something exceptional! <\/p>\n<p>Location: Dubai, UAE <\/p>\n<p>Reports to: Financial Controller \/ Group CFO \/ Group CEO <\/p>\n<p>Department: Central Services \u2013 Finance <\/p>\n<p>Industry: Hospitality \/ Retail \/ Wellness \/ Lifestyle <\/p>\n<p>Employment Type: Full\u2011time <\/p>\n<h3>Role Overview <\/h3>\n<p>DEAL Holdings is building a best\u2011in\u2011class finance function to support a fast\u2011scaling, multi\u2011brand portfolio across hospitality, wellness, retail, and lifestyle sectors. <\/p>\n<p>We are hiring at two levels: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Head of Finance (strategic leadership role) <\/li>\n<li>Finance Manager (operational and build\u2011focused role) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This role sits at the centre of the business during its setup and expansion phase, with responsibility extending beyond traditional finance into systems, structure, governance, and cross\u2011functional integration. <\/p>\n<p>You will work closely with PMO, Operations, and Central Services, supporting new openings, project delivery, and long\u2011term scale. <\/p>\n<p>We are open to candidates at different levels of seniority, provided they bring strong SME experience, system implementation capability, and hands\u2011on execution. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Finance operations &#038; control, including full accounting cycle: GL, AP\/AR, payroll, treasury, reconciliations. <\/li>\n<li>Lead month\u2011end, quarter\u2011end, and year\u2011end close across multiple entities. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare consolidated financials and management reporting. <\/li>\n<li>Implement and enforce financial controls, approval matrices, and reporting standards. <\/li>\n<li>Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reforecast cycles. <\/li>\n<li>Develop financial models, feasibility studies, and scenario planning for new concepts. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights. <\/li>\n<li>Support pricing, menu engineering, and cost optimisation across F&#038;B operations. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, corporate tax, ESR, and IFRS. <\/li>\n<li>Manage audits, filings, and regulatory requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Establish internal controls, SOPs, and governance frameworks across all entities. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee group\u2011wide cash flow planning and working capital management. <\/li>\n<li>Lead setup and management of bank accounts across multiple entities. <\/li>\n<li>Establish payment processes, signatory structures, and banking mandates. <\/li>\n<li>Manage relationships with banks, lenders, and financial institutions. <\/li>\n<li>Implement robust cash control and liquidity frameworks. <\/li>\n<li>Lead implementation and optimisation of ERP and financial systems. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure full integration across POS, inventory, procurement, and accounting systems. <\/li>\n<li>Develop scalable reporting tools and dashboards. <\/li>\n<li>Train teams on systems and financial processes. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee governance across procurement and purchasing functions. <\/li>\n<li>Implement supplier onboarding, approval hierarchies, and purchasing controls. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure integration between procurement, inventory, and finance systems. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor supplier terms, pricing, and cost efficiency across all units. <\/li>\n<li>Support margin optimisation and operational cost control. <\/li>\n<li>Design and implement the full accountancy structure across all entities. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and standardise the chart of accounts. <\/li>\n<li>Establish reporting templates, consolidation frameworks, and inter\u2011company structures. <\/li>\n<li>Support company formation, trade licences, regulatory registrations, and renewals. <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the PMO and project delivery teams on all active developments. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee financial management of projects, including budget tracking and cost control. <\/li>\n<li>Support tender processes, bid evaluations, and commercial reviews. <\/li>\n<li>Establish and manage project payment processes, including certifications and approvals. <\/li>\n<li>Control financial documentation related to projects, contracts, and variations. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor project cash flow, capex spend, and financial risk. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure alignment between project delivery timelines and financial reporting. <\/li>\n<li>Partner with Operations, PMO, HR, Procurement, and Brand teams. <\/li>\n<li>Provide P&#038;L oversight and performance analysis across outlets and concepts. <\/li>\n<li>Support new openings, commercial decisions, and strategic initiatives. <\/li>\n<li>Evaluate investments, JV structures, and expansion opportunities. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Candidate Profile <\/h3>\n<p>We are intentionally open to both senior and mid\u2011level candidates, but the following is essential: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong experience in SME or high\u2011growth environments. <\/li>\n<li>Background in hospitality, F&#038;B, retail, or multi\u2011unit operations. <\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to build systems, structures, and teams from scratch. <\/li>\n<li>Hands\u2011on experience with ERP implementation and process design. <\/li>\n<li>Experience working with PMO and project\u2011driven environments. <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of UAE financial regulations and compliance frameworks. <\/li>\n<li>Commercially minded with strong attention to detail and ownership. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Experience Guidelines <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Finance Manager: 7\u201310 years experience. <\/li>\n<li>Head of Finance: 10+ years with leadership and build experience. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Finance \/ Accounting. <\/li>\n<li>ACCA \/ CPA \/ CA preferred. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Why This Role <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Opportunity to build a finance function from the ground up. <\/li>\n<li>Direct involvement in projects, openings, and expansion strategy. <\/li>\n<li>Exposure to a diversified, multi\u2011brand platform. <\/li>\n<li>High level of ownership, autonomy, and impact. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Candidate Requirements <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field;
