You will be trained to find, qualify, and value e\u2011commerce stores (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.), and contribute to real acquisition decisions. This is a hands\u2011on role \u2013 you will be on the front lines of deal sourcing and investment analysis. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactively identify potential acquisition targets on marketplaces (Flippa, Acquire, etc.) and via direct outreach to Shopify stores. <\/li>\n<li>Execute daily outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, forms) to sellers, brokers, and partners. <\/li>\n<li>Build relationships with intermediaries to generate off\u2011market opportunities. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualification &#038; Screening <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Apply our investment criteria (revenue, profit, ad history, fulfilment model, etc.) to filter inbound leads. <\/li>\n<li>Use our proprietary AI qualification tool to assess deal fit and flag red flags (ad account issues, declining revenue, etc.). <\/li>\n<li>Learn to reconstruct P&#038;L statements, normalise EBITDA, and calculate risk\u2011adjusted multiples. <\/li>\n<li>Assist in preparing initial offer structures (cash + earnout) using our internal valuation model. <\/li>\n<li>Draft clear, concise investment memoranda summarising business overview, financials, risks, and recommendation. <\/li>\n<li>Present findings to the Head of Investments and contribute to go\/no\u2011go decisions. <\/li>\n<li>Help prepare due diligence checklists and data rooms. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with sellers to collect financial, operational, and marketing documentation. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What We Are Looking For <\/h3>\n<h3>Must-haves <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong written and verbal English communication skills. <\/li>\n<li>Analytical mindset \u2013 comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets, and basic financial concepts (revenue, profit, EBITDA, multiples). <\/li>\n<li>Self\u2011starter \u2013 able to work full\u2011time in our Dubai office and hit weekly activity targets. <\/li>\n<li>Curiosity about e\u2011commerce, digital marketing, and online business models. <\/li>\n<li>Currently based in Dubai (or able to relocate immediately at your own cost). <\/li>\n<li>Dutch speaking (a strong advantage for sourcing in the Netherlands\/Belgium). <\/li>\n<li>Prior experience in sales, business development, investment banking, private equity, or e\u2011commerce operations. <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Shopify, Google Ads, or Meta Ads. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What We Offer <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Hands\u2011on experience in micro\u2011private equity \u2013 you will work on live deals, not case studies.
