A leading government entity is seeking to hire a Quality & Process Management Section Manager <\/b> to lead quality initiatives, enhance operational processes, and ensure adherence to institutional excellence standards across the organization. <\/h3>\n

Role Purpose <\/h3>\n

To develop and manage quality and process improvement activities, ensuring that all organizational units comply with quality and excellence standards, while overseeing operational plans, policies, and related initiatives within the institutional framework. <\/p>\n

Quality Management & Governance <\/h3>\n

  • Develop and implement quality management frameworks, policies, and procedures <\/b> <\/li>\n
  • Ensure compliance with institutional excellence and quality standards <\/b> <\/li>\n
  • Monitor adherence across all organizational units <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Process Improvement & Optimization <\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Lead initiatives to improve and optimize organizational processes <\/b> <\/li>\n
    • Develop methodologies for process standardization and continuous improvement <\/b> <\/li>\n
    • Design and maintain process manuals and service procedures <\/b> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Performance Monitoring & Reporting <\/h3>\n

      • Oversee the annual operational plan <\/b>, including KPIs, projects, and budgets <\/li>\n
      • Monitor departmental performance and provide regular progress reports <\/b> <\/li>\n
      • Identify gaps and implement corrective action plans <\/b> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Audits, Compliance & Risk <\/h3>\n

        • Oversee internal quality audits <\/b> across departments <\/li>\n
        • Review gap analysis reports and ensure implementation of improvement actions <\/li>\n
        • Monitor and assess quality-related risks <\/b> and develop mitigation plans <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Quality Programs & Certifications <\/h3>\n

          • Manage quality programs and certification requirements <\/b> in coordination with stakeholders <\/li>\n
          • Maintain and update a database for certifications, awards, and compliance requirements <\/b> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Strategy & Excellence <\/h3>\n

            • Contribute to innovation and institutional excellence initiatives <\/b> <\/li>\n
            • Support strategic objectives through quality and performance enhancement <\/li>\n
            • Represent the department in internal and external committees and meetings <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Financial & Reporting <\/h3>\n

              • Provide input for budget preparation <\/b> in coordination with Finance <\/li>\n
              • Monitor budget utilization and report variances <\/li>\n
              • Prepare periodic reports and improvement recommendations <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                People Management <\/h3>\n

                • Lead and manage the quality and process team <\/li>\n
                • Set objectives and monitor team performance <\/li>\n

                  Qualifications & Requirements <\/h3>\n

                  • Bachelor’s degree in:\n

                    • Performance Management or related field <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                    • Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience <\/b> <\/li>\n
