The main duties and responsibilities of this role include supporting the Residential Leasing team in business development activities across the residential portfolio for new leases and assisting in providing a seamless customer service experience that encourages maximum revenue for the portfolio. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Lead Management and Contract Execution <\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Source prospective tenants and generate new leasing leads; negotiate qualified deals from inception to final execution, including submission for review. <\/li>\n<li>Assist the residential team in closing sales deals to achieve revenue targets and increase occupancy of the portfolio. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare proposals for individual and corporate clients for new leases and provide administrative support for registration of clients by coordinating with back-office leasing (AXS) to ensure tenancy contracts are prepared on time and per terms and conditions. <\/li>\n<li>Liaise with the tenant and obtain all required documentation, internal approvals as per approved P&#038;P and DOA, and update the leasing system. <\/li>\n<li>Complete the checklist and circulate documents for approvals prior to signing the lease agreement. <\/li>\n<li>Develop a prospective tenant pipeline considering client profile, financial stability, and unit availability. <\/li>\n<li>Attend leads generated via the Lead Generation system and meet KPI timeframes without fail. <\/li>\n<li>Liaise with PM and Leasing Manager for approvals of new clients, provide excellent customer service, and present full product knowledge to clients to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with the PM team to ensure reinstatement of units, select vacant units to be reinstated on a monthly basis, and prepare them for viewing and move-in. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Client Relationship Management <\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Understand and attend to clientsb needs, provide information on suitable real estate space, prices, and ensure smooth resolution of customer issues and inquiries to increase satisfaction and retention. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers via meetings, calls, emails, and visits to prospect for new business. <\/li>\n<li>Act as a point of contact for clients; coordinate issuance of tenancy contracts, trade licenses and permits; assist in collections of accounts receivable and reconcile statements to ensure accurate billing and efficient service. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Data Management and Market Research <\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain all sales and customer-related documents as per internal guidelines for easy retrieval. <\/li>\n<li>Check RERA indicator rate and conduct market rent surveys to analyze rent rates for neighbouring properties. <\/li>\n<li>Gather and analyze market data using methods such as social media, telephone, direct mail, or face-to-face customer studies. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelorb s degree in Business Administration, or any related field. <\/li>\n<li>2-4 years of experience in leasing or a similar role. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent business development skills. <\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent planning and organizing skills. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Benefits <\/h3>\n<p>At Dubai Holding, web re committed to nurturing the success and well-being of our colleagues.
