supervise rural initiatives and elevate committee\/taskforce challenges as required. <\/li>\n<li>Analyze the impact of Authority projects on Quality\u2011of\u2011Life competitive indicators and recommend improvement actions <\/li>\n<li>Prepare a communication plan with periodic field visits and identify new initiatives that raise Quality of Life across the Authority. <\/li>\n<li>Advise and recommend on policies, strategies, and topics related to rural areas; provide solutions and guidance. <\/li>\n<li>Follow up committees\u2019 and teams\u2019 progress on Quality\u2011of\u2011Life programs; monitor developments, evaluate commitment to plans, and report results. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare department site visits and reports for Quality\u2011of\u2011Life programs and initiatives. <\/li>\n<li>Manage projects related to the important files on the city level, coordinating schedules, interfaces, and technical deliverables with concerned entities. <\/li>\n<li>Build internal capability and knowledge transfer by conducting technical sessions and workshops for department staff. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate inputs and documentation for the department\u2019s Internal Audit requirements and timely submissions. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate field\u2011visit logistics, stakeholder briefings, and post\u2011visit action tracking under the communication plan. <\/li>\n<li>Consolidate source data and evidence supporting competitive\u2011indicator analysis and recommended actions. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Product \/ Process Improvement <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Systematize the pipeline from field\u2011visit findings into initiative proposals and committee action plans. <\/li>\n<li>Strengthen impact\u2011on\u2011indicators analysis and track implementation of improvement recommendations Authority\u2011wide. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain Internal Audit readiness through an evidence repository, responsibility matrices, and closure verification. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Physical Working Conditions <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Regular field visits and site inspections are required to review project progress, assess technical compliance, and prepare reports on Quality\u2011of\u2011Life initiatives. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u062a\u0639\u0644\u064a\u0645 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree \/ master\u2019s degree \/ Ph.D. in Engineering <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u062e\u0628\u0631\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>9+ Years in case of master\u2019s degree, 8+ years in case of bachelor\u2019s degree <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Technical Competencies <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Core Engineering Principles <\/li>\n<li>Horizon Scanning <\/li>\n<li>Operational Excellence &#038;
