This is a strategic hands\u2011on legal role in a fast\u2011paced cross\u2011border environment. <\/p>\n<p>The role covers group\u2011level oversight of legal and compliance matters across <b>UAE Free Zone and Mainland structures <\/b>, <b>EU\/UK <\/b>, <b>US <\/b>, <b>APAC (Singapore, Hong Kong) <\/b> and <b>LATAM jurisdictions <\/b> particularly in the context of digital platforms, data protection and commercial operations. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<h3>Commercial &#038; Contractual Advisory <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of contracts including SaaS, vendor, marketing, partnership, licensing and platform documentation. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain internal contract templates, trackers and approval workflows. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Corporate &#038; Regulatory Compliance <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee compliance for UAE Free Zone and Mainland entities; align activities with license scopes. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor legal risk exposure across international markets (EU, US, Asia, LATAM). <\/li>\n<li>Ensure marketing platform content and customer terms comply with applicable laws. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Data Protection &#038; Privacy <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement and monitor compliance with UAE PDPL, EU GDPR, US privacy regulations and other frameworks. <\/li>\n<li>Draft and maintain DPAs, privacy notices, DPIAs and data\u2011mapping documentation. <\/li>\n<li>Partner with internal security\/tech teams to ensure privacy\u2011by\u2011design practices. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Risk Management &#038; Internal Controls <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify legal risks and support mitigation plans. <\/li>\n<li>Develop policies on acceptable use, marketing, sanctions, screening and vendor compliance. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct internal readiness reviews for regulatory audits and PSP\/partner onboarding. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Corporate Governance &#038; Entity Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support cross\u2011border entity management registrations, filings and board resolutions. <\/li>\n<li>Assist with expansion planning and new\u2011market legal assessments. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Dispute Management &#038; External Counsel Liaison <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate pre\u2011litigation matters, legal notices and customer escalations. <\/li>\n<li>Manage relationships with external legal advisors across key jurisdictions. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Intellectual Property &#038; Brand Protection <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support IP registration, licensing and enforcement strategies. <\/li>\n<li>Manage digital terms, IP usage policies and content rights. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Candidate Requirements <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor of Laws (LLB), Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent international legal qualification. <\/li>\n<li>3\u20136 years of post\u2011qualification experience in corporate, commercial, regulatory or technology law. <\/li>\n<li>Strong working knowledge of UAE commercial law, PDPL and Free Zone regulations. <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with international compliance frameworks: GDPR, US state privacy laws, APAC norms (HK\/SG). <\/li>\n<li>Experience in technology, SaaS, fintech or online platforms is highly desirable. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent legal drafting, issue\u2011spotting and stakeholder advisory skills. <\/li>\n<li>High professional integrity and ability to work autonomously in a multi\u2011jurisdictional setting. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Success in this Role Means <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>No major legal escalations, disputes or compliance breaches. <\/li>\n<li>Regulatory obligations are met seamlessly across jurisdictions. <\/li>\n<li>Contracts, policies and records are fully defensible and updated. <\/li>\n<li>The legal foundation enables international expansion and innovation. <\/li>\n<li>Smooth onboarding and coordination with banks, PSPs, regulators and partners. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Similar Job Titles <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Legal Counsel Technology &#038;
