We are not looking for someone to improve processes. We are looking for someone to <b>replace them <\/b>. <\/p>\n<p>As Head of Digital Transformation &#038; AI, you will <b>redefine how work gets done across the organisation <\/b> \u2014 across fund administration, AIFM, capital markets, Risk, and Compliance and all support functions including Finance, Internal Operations. <\/p>\n<p>You will design and build an operating model where: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>manual work is the exception, not the norm <\/li>\n<li>AI is embedded into daily workflows <\/li>\n<li>decisions are data-driven and real-time <\/li>\n<li>systems are integrated, not fragmented <\/li>\n<li>there is one integrated client\/ intermediary platform to access all services <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a <b>build-and-transform role <\/b>, not a maintenance role. <\/p>\n<p>If you join, your mandate is simple: <b>Rebuild how the company works \u2014 using AI, automation, and first-principles thinking. <\/b> <\/p>\n<h3>What You Will Actually Do <\/h3>\n<p><b>Re-architect how work gets done <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Break down existing workflows and rebuild them from scratch <\/li>\n<li>Eliminate unnecessary steps, approvals, and manual interventions <\/li>\n<li>Move the business to exception-based operations <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Make AI part of daily work <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Embed AI into every function \u2014 not as a tool, but as a default workflow layer <\/li>\n<li>Define how teams use AI to analyse, validate, draft, monitor <\/li>\n<li>Build human + AI systems, not just automation <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Build the internal platform layer <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Design a unified automation + AI ecosystem across the firm <\/li>\n<li>Replace fragmented tools with a connected platform <\/li>\n<li>Treat internal workflows like products, not processes <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Automate the core engine <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>NAV production with minimal manual intervention <\/li>\n<li>Fully automated reconciliations and exception handling <\/li>\n<li>Real-time reporting across funds, investors, and management <\/li>\n<li>Risk &#038;
