With a large and rapidly growing user base across the UAE and wider region, our client is investing significantly in their content function and looking for an experienced leader at a senior level. <\/p>\n<h3>The Role <\/h3>\n<p>Reporting to C-suite, the Head of Content will be responsible for defining and executing the platform&#8217;s content strategy &#8211; covering original content, creator partnerships, editorial standards, and audience growth across Arabic and English-speaking markets. <\/p>\n<p>This is a hands\u2011on leadership role requiring both strategic vision and operational delivery, working cross\u2011functionally with Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and own the platform&#8217;s content strategy across the GCC, with a focus on the UAE and Saudi Arabia <\/li>\n<li>Lead and scale a team of content managers, producers, and editors <\/li>\n<li>Build and manage relationships with creators, influencers, and content partners <\/li>\n<li>Set and maintain editorial guidelines, content quality standards, and publishing frameworks <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Product on content discovery, curation, and personalisation features <\/li>\n<li>Use performance data and audience insights to continuously refine content decisions <\/li>\n<li>Ensure localisation is culturally credible and audience\u2011appropriate across markets <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to platform strategy as a senior member of the leadership team <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Candidate Profile <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years in digital content, social media, or editorial \u2014 with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role <\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of the GCC social media landscape and regional audience behaviour <\/li>\n<li>Proven experience building content teams and managing creator or publisher ecosystems <\/li>\n<li>Bilingual Arabic\u2011English proficiency is a significant advantage <\/li>\n<li>Data\u2011literate, with the ability to translate analytics into content decisions <\/li>\n<li>Background in a social media platform, OTT service, broadcaster, or digital media company preferred <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> #J-18808-Ljbffr<\/p>\n<p>2026-04-16 07:14:58<\/p>","protected":false},"author":100,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","template":"","job_listing_type":[68],"job_listing_category":[1350],"job_listing_location":[720],"job_listing_tag":[],"class_list":["post-97159","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry","job_listing_type-full-time","job_listing_category-marketing-media","job_listing_location-united-arab-emirates"],"metas":{"_job_featured_image":"","_job_featured":"","_job_filled":"","_job_urgent":"","_job_category":{"1350":"Marketing &amp;
