As a Store Manager <\/b> at our Dubai Mall store, you’ll be the face of Atlys, welcoming walk\u2011in travelers, helping them understand their visa options, and guiding them through the application process on the spot. You’ll combine sales expertise with hands\u2011on application support to deliver a seamless, in\u2011store experience.   • Welcoming walk\u2011in customers and understanding their travel and visa needs. <\/li>\n
  • Assisting customers with visa applications on-site, ensuring accuracy and completeness. <\/li>\n
  • Educating travelers on visa requirements, timelines, pricing, and Atlys’ value proposition. <\/li>\n
  • Resolving customer queries and concerns with empathy, patience, and professionalism. <\/li>\n
  • Following up with customers to keep them updated on their application status. <\/li>\n
  • Keeping the store presentable, organized, and aligned with Atlys’ brand standards. <\/li>\n
  • Staying current on visa regulations, travel policies, and Atlys product updates. <\/li>\n
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the in\u2011store experience and sharing feedback with the team. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The Ideal Candidate <\/h3>\n

    • \u0627\u0644\u062e\u0628\u0631\u0629: <\/b> At least 2 years of experience in a customer\u2011facing or front\u2011desk role. Prior experience in visa processing, travel agencies, immigration consultancies, or related travel services is highly preferred. <\/li>\n
    • Visa & Travel Knowledge: <\/b> Familiarity with visa types (tourist, transit, business), documentation requirements, processing timelines, and common rejection reasons. Awareness of embassy\/consulate procedures and destination\u2011specific entry regulations is a strong plus. <\/li>\n
    • Communication Skills: <\/b> Fluent in English, with strong verbal and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Hindi, Malayalam, and\/or Tamil is highly preferred. <\/li>\n
    • Customer\u2011Centric Attitude: <\/b> High ownership, patience, and professionalism in every interaction. Ability to simplify complex visa processes for travelers who may be applying for the first time. <\/li>\n
    • Problem\u2011Solving Ability: <\/b> A proactive and calm approach to resolving customer concerns on the spot \u2014 whether it’s a missing document, an urgent travel deadline, or an application error. <\/li>\n
    • Tech Savviness: <\/b> Comfort using CRMs, digital application platforms, and support tools for efficiency. <\/li>\n
    • Flexibility: <\/b> Willingness to work rotational shifts and week\u2011offs (6 days\/week, 9\u2011hour shifts with a 1-hour break). <\/li>\n
    • Attention to Detail: <\/b> Accuracy in reviewing travel documents, verifying application details, and ensuring error\u2011free submissions. <\/li>\n
    • Presentability: <\/b> A well\u2011groomed, professional appearance fitting a premium retail environment. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
