{"id":97208,"date":"2026-04-16T20:27:26","date_gmt":"2026-04-16T16:27:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/job\/cloud-operations-architect-uae-enterprise-support-emea-startups\/"},"modified":"2026-04-16T20:27:27","modified_gmt":"2026-04-16T16:27:27","slug":"cloud-operations-architect-uae-enterprise-support-emea-startups","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/ar\/job\/cloud-operations-architect-uae-enterprise-support-emea-startups\/","title":{"rendered":"Cloud Operations Architect (UAE), Enterprise Support &#8211; EMEA Startups"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_3484861<\/p>\n<p><p>As an AWS Technical Account Manager, you are a trusted advisor and cloud operations architect for Enterprise Support customers, shaping strategy and ensuring successful adoption of AWS services. <\/p>\n<h3>Job Responsibilities <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Advise on solutions, provide technical guidance, and advocate for the customer. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy while reducing cost and complexity. <\/li>\n<li>Develop trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges. <\/li>\n<li>Drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade\u2011offs, and risk management. <\/li>\n<li>Consult with partners from developers to C\u2011suite executives. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account Managers. <\/li>\n<li>Proactively find opportunities for customers to gain additional value from AWS. <\/li>\n<li>Provide detailed reviews of service events, monthly &#038; quarterly metrics, and pre\u2011launch planning. <\/li>\n<li>Resolve a variety of problems across different customers as they migrate workloads to the cloud. <\/li>\n<li>Uplift customer capabilities by running workshops, brown\u2011bag sessions, etc. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in a similar role such as Technical Account Manager, Consultant, Solutions Architect, Platform Engineer, Systems Engineer, or Cloud Architect. <\/li>\n<li>Understanding of operational parameters and troubleshooting for Compute, Storage, Networking, CDN, Databases, DevOps, Big Data &#038; Analytics, Security, Applications, and Development. <\/li>\n<li>Internal or external customer\u2011facing experience with the ability to clearly articulate to small and large audiences. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to juggle tasks and projects in a fast\u2011paced environment. <\/li>\n<li>Customer\u2011obsessed mindset. <\/li>\n<li>Professional experience with cloud offerings (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, etc.). <\/li>\n<li>Programming or scripting skills (Java, Python, Perl, Ruby, C#, PHP) \u2013 a plus but not required. <\/li>\n<li>Previous experience as a Software Engineer, Developer, DevOps Engineer, or similar. <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools including CI\/CD, Puppet, Docker, Kubernetes (Chef a plus). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
