This is a high-visibility role sitting within a sophisticated investment organisation, reporting directly to the COO \u2014 with broad exposure across investment performance, corporate KPIs, macro analytics, and data infrastructure. <\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of progressive experience in investment performance measurement, data analytics, or a closely related discipline, ideally gained at a sovereign wealth fund, holding company, investment firm, or top-tier consulting firm. <\/p>\n<h3>The ROLE <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Corporate &#038; Investment Performance <\/li>\n<li>Own the end-to-end corporate performance cycle \u2014 KPI design, target-setting, achievement tracking, and Board\/Committee reporting <\/li>\n<li>Manage the Internal Scorecard and cascade Corporate KPIs to vertical and functional levels <\/li>\n<li>Lead benchmarking, market analysis, and preparation of key investment deliverables including Board presentations and quarterly valuation reviews <\/li>\n<li>Act as primary liaison for third-party KPI validation processes <\/li>\n<li>Macro, Factor &#038; Market Analysis <\/li>\n<li>Monitor global macro conditions to support Investment team decision-making <\/li>\n<li>Generate quantitative insights on market drivers and trends from mainstream and alternative data sources <\/li>\n<li>Contribute macro and strategy perspectives directly into the investment process <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Data, Analytics &#038; Systems <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the SimCorp subject matter expert \u2014 owning data architecture, governance, controls, and reporting enhancements <\/li>\n<li>Champion automation and analytics tool development and drive continuous improvement of data pipelines and reporting infrastructure <\/li>\n<li>Strategic &#038; COO Support <\/li>\n<li>Support the COO across strategic initiatives including corporate strategy development, economic research, and ad hoc analytical assignments <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Requirments: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years of experience in investment performance, data analytics, or a similar institutional role <\/li>\n<li>Proven expertise in performance measurement frameworks, KPI design, and reporting for investment organisations <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of investment industry dynamics, including macroeconomic and market drivers <\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with SimCorp or equivalent investment data platforms <\/li>\n<li>Solid grasp of data governance, data quality management, and analytics\/automation tools <\/li>\n<li>Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with strong senior stakeholder communication skills <\/li>\n<li>Strategic thinker who remains execution-focused \u2014 self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating independently <\/li>\n<li>Masters degree in Finance, Economics, or related field;
