Our mission is to provide a user\u2011friendly transparent and personalized debt recovery experience that prioritizes the financial well\u2011being of borrowers and lenders. <\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a capable VP of Engineering to join our growing team. As the VP of Engineering you will define and execute ClearGrid\u2019s technology vision, leading the build of a highly secure, scalable debt resolution platform trusted by major banks and lenders across the region. You will drive innovation in reasoning models, applied machine learning, data engineering and automation to transform how debt is resolved while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and safeguarding sensitive data. <\/p>\n<p>You will also be responsible for leading the technology strategy and development efforts of the company. Your experience in other fast\u2011growing technology companies will help you build the best products and systems for the organization while taking responsibility for growing the engineering team. <\/p>\n<p>This role requires strong leadership and technical skills as well as the ability to get things done fast with exceptional results. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Develop and implement the technology strategy in alignment with the company\u2019s goals and objectives. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Build and manage the technology team to deliver quality software products and services. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Lead the design, development and implementation of the company\u2019s software products and services. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ensure the scalability, reliability and security of the company\u2019s technology platform. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>Drive the design and productionization of reasoning models and ML systems for:\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Borrower behavior prediction (likelihood to repay, roll rates, default risk). <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Personalized repayment plan recommendations. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>AI\u2011driven customer communication (voice\/text agents for negotiation and support).<br \/>Early warning and fraud\/skip\u2011tracing signals. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Oversee ML lifecycle management (data pipelines, feature engineering, experimentation, deployment, monitoring, model\u2011drift management). <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Leverage LLMs for conversational agents, reasoning tasks and borrower support automation ensuring safe and compliant deployment in production. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and market trends to keep the company at the forefront of innovation. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Collaborate with other senior leaders to ensure the technology solutions align with business needs and requirements. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Manage and lead the development of large\u2011scale platforms with a significant amount of data. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Design and implement microservices and serverless architectures. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Implement and maintain robust security protocols and practices across the technology stack including network security, data security and user authentication. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Monitor and mitigate potential security threats and vulnerabilities ensuring that the company\u2019s data and systems are protected at all times. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Keep up\u2011to\u2011date with the latest developments in security technologies and best practices and ensure the company\u2019s security protocols are up\u2011to\u2011date. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
