{"id":97261,"date":"2026-04-16T20:30:50","date_gmt":"2026-04-16T16:30:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/job\/chief-ai-solution-architect\/"},"modified":"2026-04-16T20:30:51","modified_gmt":"2026-04-16T16:30:51","slug":"chief-ai-solution-architect","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/ar\/job\/chief-ai-solution-architect\/","title":{"rendered":"Chief AI Solution Architect"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_3484963<\/p>\n<p><p>We are urgently looking to hire an experienced, highly-talented Chief AI Solution Architect to join a global industry-leading Digital Consulting firm, based in their Dubai office, to lead pursuits and delivery of cutting-edge digital projects for their clients across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and wider Middle East region. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>AI Architecture Authority and Delivery Leadership <\/li>\n<li>Define end-to-end AI solution architectures spanning data platforms, AI\/ML pipelines, GenAI stacks, application integration, cloud infrastructure, security, and MLOps <\/li>\n<li>Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data governance, and regulatory standards across client and firm engagements <\/li>\n<li>Act as design authority for complex, multi-vendor AI programs, ensuring architectural coherence from use\u2011case design through build, deployment, and scale <\/li>\n<li>Lead delivery of AI solutions, directing internal teams and partners, ensuring solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and responsible AI requirements <\/li>\n<li>Translate business and functional requirements into actionable AI solution designs, including model selection, orchestration patterns, human-in-the-loop design, and integrations <\/li>\n<li>Lead AI architecture reviews, steering committees, and governance forums, articulating complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences <\/li>\n<li>Govern AI solution quality, risks, and dependencies, including data readiness, model risk, technical debt, regulatory compliance, and ethical AI considerations <\/li>\n<li>Originate and shape AI-led opportunities across priority industries <\/li>\n<li>Lead AI solutioning for proposals, bids, and pursuits <\/li>\n<li>Act as a trusted advisor to client executives on AI strategy, investment prioritisation, and value realisation, linking AI use cases to measurable business outcomes <\/li>\n<li>Represent the firm externally through client workshops, executive briefings, and selected thought leadership engagements on enterprise AI adoption <\/li>\n<li>Build the firm\u2019s AI solution architecture capability (reference architectures, accelerators, reusable assets, and delivery playbooks) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Required Experience <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>15+ years of total experience, across AI, data, solution architecture, and technology leadership roles <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated track record leading large-scale AI or data-driven transformation programs in consulting or complex enterprise environments <\/li>\n<li>Proven experience owning AI solutioning for client pursuits and translating AI capabilities into commercial impact <\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree required;
