The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, extensive payroll expertise, and hands-on experience with <b>Oracle Fusion Payroll <\/b> to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop, implement, and maintain payroll policies, procedures, and controls across the group <\/li>\n<li>Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including salaries, deductions, and final settlements <\/li>\n<li>Ensure full compliance with labor laws, and statutory reporting requirements across all jurisdictions <\/li>\n<li>Lead internal and external payroll audits, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to regulatory standards <\/li>\n<li>Lead, mentor, and develop the payroll team to ensure high performance and accuracy <\/li>\n<li>Oversee payroll operations to ensure timely and error\u2011free processing for all employees <\/li>\n<li>Drive payroll transformation initiatives, including system upgrades and process optimization <\/li>\n<li>Manage and enhance payroll systems, with a strong focus on <b>Oracle Fusion Payroll <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and data accuracy <\/li>\n<li>Reconcile payroll data, validate outputs, and ensure accuracy of financial records <\/li>\n<li>Prepare payroll reports, analytics, and insights for senior management and stakeholders <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure seamless payroll operations <\/li>\n<li>Address payroll\u2011related queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Requirements &#038;
