The role sits within the Community Management function and reports directly to the Community Management Manager. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee and manage all DLP activities across assigned communities <\/li>\n<li>Ensure closure of any balance community snags identified by the Community Management team within agreed timelines <\/li>\n<li>Manage and resolve defects in common and public areas during the DLP period in coordination with FM teams and DLP contractors <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with FM providers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely rectification of defects <\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular site inspections to identify, track, and follow up on defects and outstanding issues  <\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate defect logs, trackers, and progress reports for management review <\/li>\n<li>Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to SLAs and quality standards <\/li>\n<li>Escalate delays or critical issues and drive timely resolution <\/li>\n<li>Support smooth handover and transition from project completion to community operations <\/li>\n<li>Ensure overall community readiness and quality standards are maintained <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field <\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5\u20138 years of experience in community management, property management, or DLP\/post\u2011handover roles <\/li>\n<li>Strong experience in snagging, defect management, and handover processes <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with UAE real estate and community operations <\/li>\n<li>Experience working with FM providers and contractors <\/li>\n<li>Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills <\/li>\n<li>Good analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) <\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Availability <\/h3>\n<p>Preference will be given to candidates available immediately.
