This role sits at the core of portfolio construction, driving dynamic asset allocation decisions across equities, fixed income, currencies, commodities, and credit. <\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will combine macroeconomic insight, quantitative rigor, and market experience to deliver risk-adjusted returns, while ensuring a disciplined, repeatable, and data-driven investment process. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong collaboration across investment, risk, and trading teams. <\/p>\n<h3>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the design and execution of tactical asset allocation strategies across global asset classes, including: <\/li>\n<li>Global equities <\/li>\n<li>Sovereign and corporate bonds <\/li>\n<li>Credit instruments <\/li>\n<li>Commodities <\/li>\n<li>Identify high-conviction opportunities driven by macroeconomic trends, market dislocations, and relative value. <\/li>\n<li>Translate macro views into actionable portfolio positioning and trade ideas. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee portfolio construction, including sizing, timing, and implementation of trades. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure alignment with overall strategic asset allocation (SAA) and investment objectives. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Research &#038; Market Analysis <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Direct top-down macroeconomic and cross-asset research to inform tactical positioning. <\/li>\n<li>Integrate fundamental, quantitative, and technical analysis into the investment process. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor global economic indicators, central bank policies, geopolitical developments, and market sentiment. <\/li>\n<li>Develop proprietary models, frameworks, and signals to enhance decision-making. <\/li>\n<li>Own the risk framework for TAA portfolios, including: <\/li>\n<li>Market, liquidity, and counterparty risks <\/li>\n<li>Stress testing and scenario analysis <\/li>\n<li>Drawdown and volatility management <\/li>\n<li>Ensure robust risk budgeting and adherence to investment guidelines. <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with risk and compliance teams to maintain governance standards. <\/li>\n<li>Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of multi-asset strategists and analysts. <\/li>\n<li>Foster a collaborative, intellectually rigorous investment culture. <\/li>\n<li>Partner with portfolio managers, trading desks, and risk teams to ensure efficient execution and alignment. <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to broader Asset Allocation &#038; Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field. <\/li>\n<li>Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, PhD) preferred. <\/li>\n<li>CFA or equivalent professional designation strongly preferred. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Technical Skills <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong understanding of global macroeconomics and financial markets. <\/li>\n<li>Experience with quantitative models and data-driven investment processes. <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in portfolio construction, risk systems, and analytics tools. <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with derivatives and hedging strategies. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Leadership &#038;
