They also provide services to financial institutions in a B2B and B2B2C revenue sharing model and operates in a highly competitive industry with ongoing innovation and disruption driven by technology. <\/p>\n<p> <b>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0645\u0649 \u0627\u0644\u0648\u0638\u064a\u0641\u064a <\/b>  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth targets within the financial services industry. <\/li>\n<li>Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand the company&#8217;s client base in Dubai. <\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with organisational goals. <\/li>\n<li>Analyse market trends to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients and partners. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor and report on the performance of business development initiatives. <\/li>\n<li>Lead negotiations and finalise agreements to secure mutually beneficial partnerships. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <b>The Successful Applicant <\/b>  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 10 years of experience in the FinTech\/Capital market space in the region with exposure to US, Europe or Asia <\/li>\n<li>Experience in working for an innovative retail broker or a FinTech that service large number of customers will be a major advantage <\/li>\n<li>Excellent understanding of the traditional assets and digital assets space <\/li>\n<li>In-depth understanding of\n<ul>\n<li>Trading and operational aspects of brokerage and asset management <\/li>\n<li>Capital market technology including front to back brokerage and asset management systems <\/li>\n<li>High level understanding of open API framework <\/li>\n<li>Regulatory aspects that affect global capital markets <\/li>\n<li>B2B\/B2B2C sales and marketing and sales <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <b>What&#8217;s on Offer <\/b> <\/p>\n<p>This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to make a lasting impact in the FinTech industry.
