The coverage team manages deep relationships across major Middle East corporates and plays a pivotal role in driving regional deal flow and strategic engagement. <\/p>\n<p> <b>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0645\u0649 \u0627\u0644\u0648\u0638\u064a\u0641\u064a <\/b>  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the coverage of key corporate clients across the GCC &#8211; including Abu Dhabi sovereign-linked entities (e.g., energy, industrials), Saudi corporates, Qatar and Kuwait groups. <\/li>\n<li>Assist senior bankers with relationship building, client meeting preparation, information gathering (KYC, DD), and follow-up actions. <\/li>\n<li>Take responsibility for selected client accounts as you grow into the role. <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to identifying cross-sell opportunities across corporate finance products. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare pitchbooks, financial analysis, termsheets, information memoranda, and client briefing packs. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct financial statement analysis and run profitability scenarios and credit models. <\/li>\n<li>Support the credit approval process by assembling internal documentation and liaising with relevant departments. <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate strong understanding of key sectors including oil &#038; gas, energy, telecoms, and real estate. <\/li>\n<li>Support execution teams with transaction processes from initial structuring through to completion. <\/li>\n<li>Engage with internal stakeholders such as credit, legal, compliance, operations and regional colleagues. <\/li>\n<li>Review transaction documentation and coordinate internal workflows and information flows. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <b>The Successful Applicant <\/b>  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 3-4 years of experience in corporate coverage, corporate banking, credit, investment banking, or related analytical roles. <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of GCC corporate landscape &#8211;
