We process over 3 petabytes of data every month for customers that include Fortune 500 companies, top-tier VC and PE firms, and early-stage startups.<\/p><p>We are building for the long term. No hype, no \u201cblitzscale then figure it out later\u201d mentality.<\/p><h3><strong>Why This Role Is Different<\/strong><\/h3><p>Most SDR roles are built around volume. This one is built around quality.<\/p><p>At MixRank, we use our own data to build highly targeted outbound. Most sales tool companies you use today run on top of our data; we just don\u2019t brag about it.<\/p><p>We train reps on playbooks that actually get replies, not generic sequence spam.<\/p><p>We are first movers when it comes to building a foundational cold outbound system. We use alias mailboxes, Wispr Flow, <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" href=\"http:\/\/Make.com\">Make.com<\/a> workflows, Clay tables, Claude code, you name it. We use everything that would give us all the advantages we need to run the best cold outbound.<\/p><p>Our average cold email reply rates are meaningfully above industry norms because we focus on relevance, timing, and strong writing.<\/p><p>You will learn how to:<\/p><ul><li><p>Get good at outbound: We&#8217;ll teach you the systems top SDR teams use (not spray-and-pray)<\/p><\/li><li><p>Own a vertical: You&#8217;ll become the expert in a sector you own<\/p><\/li><li><p>Career growth: Top performers get promoted to AE in 18-24 months (we promote from within)<\/p><\/li><li><p>Remote-first culture: We&#8217;ve been remote since 2011 (not a COVID experiment)<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>You will also learn how Silicon Valley builds future products and how you can be part of it.<\/p><h3><strong>What You\u2019ll Do<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li><p>Build target account lists using MixRank\u2019s own data<\/p><\/li><li><p>Research high-value prospects and identify strong triggers<\/p><\/li><li><p>Write personalized outbound emails<\/p><\/li><li><p>Run LinkedIn outreach alongside email<\/p><\/li><li><p>Test subject lines, ice-breakers, value propositions, and CTAs<\/p><\/li><li><p>Track pipeline and activity in our CRM<\/p><\/li><li><p>Learn the data buyer landscape and how different teams buy<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>What We\u2019re Looking For<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li><p>1-2 years of SDR\/BDR experience in B2B SaaS<\/p><\/li><li><p>Strong email writing skills<\/p><\/li><li><p>Someone who can personalize outreach without sounding robotic<\/p><\/li><li><p>Comfortable building relationships with prospects on LinkedIn<\/p><\/li><li><p>We want self-starters who:<\/p><ul><li><p>Test messaging variations without being told<\/p><\/li><li><p>Share what&#8217;s working with the team<\/p><\/li><li><p>Ask questions when stuck (not suffer in silence)<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><p>Communicative, sharp, and comfortable learning through feedback<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Nice to have:<\/p><ul><li><p>Sold to US companies before (familiar with cultural nuances)<\/p><\/li><li><p>Experience with data products or developer
