OVERVIEW<\/strong><\/div>\n
We are seeking a Senior Account Director to serve as a strategic leader and pivotal bridge between our clients, our fulfillment teams, and our internal leadership. In this high-impact role, you will go beyond campaign management to drive the overarching success of our B2B client portfolio. You will act as a trusted advisor<\/strong> to high-value accounts, translating complex business goals into sophisticated marketing strategies and ensuring our SDR, Lead Gen, and copywriting teams execute with precision.<\/span><\/div>\n

As a Senior leader, your mission is twofold: ensuring the exceptional delivery of PersistIQ products and fostering the professional growth of our Account Management team. You will be a key driver of retention and expansion, identifying upsell opportunities and mitigating risks before they impact the partnership.<\/span><\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/div>\n
\u2022 Collaborate with Account Directors and their AM teams to support consistent, high-quality client delivery across PersistIQ accounts. <\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Act as a resource and point of escalation for Account Managers, helping to resolve client issues and reinforce best practices. <\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Support leadership initiatives focused on improving efficiency and the delivery of PersistIQ products and services. <\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Participate in the recruiting process, including candidate review and interviews for Account Manager roles. <\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Contribute to the onboarding and ongoing training of new and existing Account Managers. <\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Attend leadership and cross-functional meetings as required, representing the AM team and contributing to strategic discussions. <\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Ability to lead under pressure and respond to changing work situations <\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Capacity to manage global teams and complex projects seamlessly <\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Outstanding communication skills (ability to convey information effectively) <\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Exceptional time management and organizational skills <\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Exceptional communication skills, both internally and externally, and at all levels of management – in person, on the phone and through email <\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Perform other duties as assigned.<\/span><\/div>\n

QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong><\/div>\n
\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. <\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Proven leadership and proactive ownership, with the ability to guide teams, anticipate needs, and drive initiatives forward. <\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Strong business acumen and a demonstrated ability to understand operational priorities, client goals, and revenue-impacting decisions. <\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Exceptional client\u2011experience mindset, consistently delivering high\u2011quality service <\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Self-motivated with the ability to establish and maintain solid relationships through a client-first mentality <\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 As part of a diverse team, ability to work both independently and collaboratively <\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Must be technical, analytical, results-driven and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment <\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Organized, administratively strong, and have solid writing, phone, and general communication skills <\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of a second language is considered an asset <\/span><\/div>\n

WORK ENVIRONMENT<\/strong><\/div>\n
\u2022 It is expected that the successful candidate will provide their own workstation, computer, and headset, and have a fast and reliable internet connection. Certain roles will be required to utilise and or download company-approved software.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 The individual must be prepared to work standard business hours in either the Eastern or Pacific Time Zone.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Due to the nature of this role, we may verify backgrounds, including conducting employment references, criminal record checks, and credit checks.<\/span><\/div>\n
