As <strong>Senior Product Designer<\/strong>, you\u2019ll shape experiences that empower teams to tell their stories more beautifully and effectively. From discovery to delivery, you\u2019ll work across disciplines to turn complex challenges into elegant, intuitive solutions that delight our users and elevate our brand.<\/p><p>You\u2019ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering and Leadership to define what\u2019s next for Pitch, contribute to our design system, and help nurture a design culture rooted in clarity, consistency, and craft.<\/p><p><\/p><h3>What you\u2019ll do<\/h3><ul><li>Drive end-to-end design for key product areas \u2014 from research and concepting to polished, production-ready designs.<\/li><li>Collaborate closely with Engineers, and other Designers to create simple, cohesive, and user-centered solutions.<\/li><li>Use prototypes and user feedback to test and validate ideas quickly, iterating toward the best outcome.<\/li><li>Evolve and maintain our design system to ensure quality, accessibility, and visual consistency across Pitch.<\/li><li>Contribute to design critiques, team discussions, and documentation that raise the bar for design excellence.<\/li><li>Partner with the broader organization to align design decisions with business and user goals.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a<\/strong><\/p><p><\/p><ul><li>You have <strong>extensive experience<\/strong> designing for digital products, ideally in a SaaS or productivity software context.<\/li><li>You\u2019re skilled in <strong>end-to-end product design<\/strong> \u2014 from early discovery and information architecture to high-fidelity UI and prototyping.<\/li><li>You combine <strong>strong visual design sensibility<\/strong> with a deep understanding of <strong>interaction and UX principle<\/strong>s.<\/li><li>You care deeply about <strong>craft and quality<\/strong>, but you also know when to be pragmatic and ship.<\/li><li>You have worked on products or features powered by <strong>generative AI<\/strong>. You are excited about putting AI in the hands of non-technical users and evolving design patterns for the AI era.
