The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance and efficient workflow allocation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Accounting Oversight &amp; Team Management<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Manage and supervise a small team of accounting professionals, including allocation and review of work assignments<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Preparation of financial statements for client entities<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ensure accounting entries, allocations, and supporting documentation are accurate and properly maintained<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Maintain organised accounting records and documentation for audit and regulatory review<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Financial Reporting &amp; Client Deliverables<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Prepare and review periodic clients\u2019 financial statements, balance sheets, cash flow reports, and management accounts<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Support month-end and year-end closing processes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Deliver timely financial reporting to clients<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tax &amp; Regulatory Coordination<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Prepare or oversee preparation of client tax returns and regulatory reporting<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Coordinate with external tax advisors, auditors, and regulatory professionals<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and reporting standards<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Proven experience in an accounting or finance management role, preferably within a professional services or multi-entity environment<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Minimum 5 years of combined accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting experience, including supervision or review responsibilities<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Demonstrated experience preparing and reviewing financial statements and coordinating tax reporting obligations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience managing accounting matters involving multi-jurisdictional or cross-border corporate structures<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong organisational, prioritisation, and team coordination skills, with the ability to allocate and review work effectively<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience in a client-facing finance or accounting role, managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and accounting procedures<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Practical experience with general ledger management and month-end and year-end close processes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet modelling and financial systems<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong working knowledge and administrative experience with accounting software (e.g. Xero or similar platforms)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Working Environment &amp;
