This is a role for a high-ceiling individual who prefers a quiet, high-stakes environment over the noise of a large institution.<\/p>\n<h3>The Role<\/h3>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">This position is focused on the precision execution of trades and the real-time monitoring of portfolio risk. You will not be a &#8220;cog in a machine&#8221;; you will be the primary support to the Founder, responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"min-height:1.5em\">\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\"><strong>Execution:<\/strong> Handle daily trade execution across various asset classes (equities, derivatives, and potentially commodities).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\"><strong>Quantitative Support:<\/strong> Work closely with the Principal to analyze market themes and assist in developing data-driven trading strategies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\"><strong>Risk Oversight:<\/strong> Maintaining a constant pulse on exposure and ensuring adherence to firm mandates.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>The Profile<\/h3>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">We do not require a traditional finance background. You understand expected value and can make rapid-fire calculations when the environment is shifting.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\"><strong>Calculated Temperament:<\/strong> You possess the rare ability to remain clinical and disciplined when volatility increases.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\"><strong>Inherent Sharpness:<\/strong> You are someone who &#8220;gets it&#8221; quickly.
