As a <\/strong>Senior Product Marketing Manager, you\u2019ll play a cross-functional role in defining and communicating the value of Altium\u2019s portfolio. You\u2019ll work across teams including Product and Sales to ensure that our products not only solve real customer problems but are positioned for maximum market impact.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Storytelling & Narrative Development<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n- Craft compelling narratives that translate complex product capabilities into customer value\u2014tailored to different personas, industries, and stages of digital maturity<\/li>\n
<\/p>\n
- Define and evolve core messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for our solutions<\/li>\n
<\/p>\n
- Lead the creation of customer-facing content (presentations, videos, website copy, solution briefs, competitive battlecards, etc.) that supports awareness, adoption, and demand generation<\/li>\n
<\/p>\n
- Partner with Brand and Content teams to deliver high-impact campaigns and launches<\/li>\n
<\/ul>\n

Product Influence & Roadmap Alignment<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n- Act as the voice of the customer\u2014bringing market insights, competitive intelligence, and buyer feedback into the product development process<\/li>\n

- Work closely with Product Management to influence priorities and roadmap decisions based on strategic market opportunities<\/li>\n
<\/p>\n
- Define use-case driven value propositions, tiered offerings, and product packaging strategies<\/li>\n
<\/ul>\n

Cross-Functional Leadership<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n- Collaborate with Sales Enablement to develop materials that empower the field (playbooks, objection handling, solution sheets, etc.)<\/li>\n
<\/p>\n
- Support customer and partner engagements, including early access programs, advisory boards, and events<\/li>\n
<\/p>\n
- Represent product marketing in internal planning and executive discussions<\/li>\n
<\/ul>\n
<\/p>\n
Who We\u2019re Looking For:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n- 7+ years<\/strong> in B2B product marketing, preferably in the electronics, semiconductors, or embedded systems industries<\/li>\n
<\/p>\n
- Proven experience driving product narratives<\/strong>, crafting differentiated positioning, and building content that connects technical depth with business value<\/li>\n
<\/p>\n
- Strong background in influencing product strategy<\/strong>, ideally with prior exposure to roadmap planning or product management<\/li>\n
<\/p>\n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills\u2014able to articulate complex ideas in a clear, confident, and persuasive way<\/li>\n
<\/p>\n
- Experience working in cloud-based platforms <\/strong>in the electronics space<\/li>\n
<\/p>\n
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field; advanced degrees or MBA are a plus<\/li>\n

The salary range for this role is $163,647.00 – $191,272.00.<\/span><\/em> Actual compensation packages within this range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate and role requirements, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n
