As a Presentation Designer, you will focus on storytelling and visual hierarchy. We need a specialist who knows how to communicate complex information beautifully, turning raw data and narratives into compelling, highly persuasive slides and one-pagers. You will use tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma to create polished, presentation-ready deliverables.<\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629  <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Design high-stakes pitch decks and professional one-pagers tailored for specific audiences.<\/li>\n<li>Translate complex data into clear visual storytelling with a strong focus on minimalism and precise information hierarchy.<\/li>\n<li>Elevate presentations using custom fonts, elegant animations, and perfect visual consistency.<\/li>\n<li>Enforce a polished, persuasive, and premium corporate-meets-creative style across all deliverables.<\/li>\n<li>Execute formatting quality standards through meticulous validation of visual alignment, pacing, and brand adherence before final delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>How to get started <\/h3>\n<p>Apply, pass qualification(s), and start contributing to projects aligned with your expertise \u2014 on your own schedule.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Educational qualifications<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization is desirable.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related creative fields is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Academic and\/or Professional Experience<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Candidates must have a strong portfolio featuring high-end presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization (not just basic templates). We are looking for specialists who have a deep understanding of pacing, storytelling, and information design. A methodical, detail-oriented approach and the ability to work independently to transform complex narratives into premium visuals are essential.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Technical Skills (Essential)<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Presentation software: Expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote, etc., for building complex, dynamic, and perfectly animated decks. <\/li>\n<li>Design tools: Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma to create custom graphics and layouts. <\/li>\n<li>Data &amp; information design: Ability to translate complex data and multi-level hierarchical structures into clear, minimalist visual storytelling. <\/li>\n<li>Typography &amp; animation: Advanced skills in working with custom fonts and smooth, elegant animations for premium deliverables.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Additional requirements<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hands-on experience creating high-end, premium corporate-meets-creative style layouts.<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and absolute commitment to visual perfectness.<\/li>\n<li>Self-directed work ethic with the ability to troubleshoot design challenges independently.<\/li>\n<li>English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above (required)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Your CV must include a link to your portfolio featuring high-end presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization. Applications without a portfolio link, or without relevant presentation cases, will not be considered.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Project time expectations <\/h3>\n<p>For this project, tasks are estimated to require around 10\u201320 hours per week during active phases, based on project requirements. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed workload, and applies only while the project is active.<\/p>\n<h3>Compensation <\/h3>\n<p>On this project, contributors can earn up to <strong>$50 per hour equivalent<\/strong>, depending on their level and pace of contribution. <\/p>\n<p>Compensation varies across projects depending on scope, complexity, and required expertise.
