The organisation is known for its commitment to governance, integrity, and delivering sophisticated banking and advisory solutions to corporate clients. <\/p>\n<p> <b>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0645\u0649 \u0627\u0644\u0648\u0638\u064a\u0641\u064a <\/b>  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide proactive legal advice on commercial, transactional, and regulatory matters across MEA <\/li>\n<li>Review and negotiate commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and outsourcing arrangements <\/li>\n<li>Advise on banking products including trade finance instruments and standard corporate lending documentation <\/li>\n<li>Support legal aspects of corporate projects, internal initiatives, and process improvements <\/li>\n<li>Conduct legal research on regional laws and regulations and communicate key updates to stakeholders <\/li>\n<li>Assist with management of external counsel, including instruction, fee negotiation, and cost monitoring <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance across the regional business <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders across business units to manage legal and reputational risk <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <b>The Successful Applicant <\/b>  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualified lawyer with approximately 4+ years&#8217; PQE gained in private practice or in-house within financial services <\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of MEA legal and regulatory frameworks, particularly in banking and finance <\/li>\n<li>Experience with commercial contracts, outsourcing, and vendor management <\/li>\n<li>Exposure to corporate banking, finance transactions, or capital markets is advantageous <\/li>\n<li>Practical, hands-on approach with the ability to deliver clear, business-focused legal advice <\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a multicultural environment <\/li>\n<li>Fluent English required;
