We are currently looking for Relationship Managers\/Account Managers <\/strong> across different seniorities who will be keen to join a well-established international Stock Exchange LISTED FX\/CFD broker (CMA CAT 1 and DIFC) <\/strong> with a strong presence across multiple jurisdictions, based in Dubai, UAE. <\/p>\n

Key day-to-day tasks include: <\/p>\n

Client Relationship Management: <\/strong> <\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, including institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients and introducing brokers. <\/li>\n
  2. Understand clients financial goals, risk appetite, and trading objectives. <\/li>\n
  3. Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and provide updates on market trends and opportunities. <\/li>\n
  4. Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Business Development: <\/strong> <\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Identify and target potential clients to expand the client base and increase business opportunities. <\/li>\n
    2. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. <\/li>\n
    3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities. <\/li>\n
    4. Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote the company services and establish new business relationships. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Financial Market Knowledge: <\/strong> <\/p>\n

      1. Stay updated with market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes affecting the FX and CFDs trading. <\/li>\n
      2. Provide clients with accurate and timely market insights and investment strategies <\/li>\n
      3. Analyse financial data, charts, and technical indicators to identify trading opportunities and risks. <\/li>\n
      4. Collaborate with research analysts and traders to develop investment ideas and strategies for clients. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
