About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced 3PL Warehouse Manager to lead and optimise warehouse operations for a large‑scale distribution environment. The ideal candidate must have deep knowledge of UAE logistics 3PL processes, compliance requirements and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, storage and dispatch.
• Lead, train and supervise warehouse teams to ensure productivity, safety and discipline.
• Manage 3PL operations vendor coordination, SLA compliance and client relationship handling.
• Ensure accurate inventory management cycle counting, stock reconciliation and shrinkage control.
• Develop and implement warehouse SOPs improving efficiency, accuracy and turnaround time.
• Monitor KPIs such as order fulfilment, picking accuracy, labour utilisation and OTIF performance.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations , health & safety standards and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, finance and transport teams for seamless operations.
• Oversee WMS/ERP utilization , ensuring data accuracy and process adherence.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost optimisation and space utilisation strategies.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of UAE experience as a Warehouse Manager (mandatory).
• Strong background in 3PL operations , preferably FMCG / retail distribution.
• Excellent leadership, communication and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of WMS/ERP systems and modern warehouse technology.
• Ability to manage high‑volume, fast‑paced operations with tight deadlines.
• Problem solver with strong analytical and decision‑making abilities.
